Lauderdale as Signature Marine) on a used 65' Hatteras & needed to get the photo's e-mailed to Kuwait (new owner) . What an experience buying from the internet & especially Brooklyn NY. (e-mail/PM me & I’ll give you a list of rotten scammers I had to deal with). Over a period of 5 days I had: (2) Credit Card disputes, (1) $200.00 unauthorized additional charge added to my card and a lot of “IT IS NOT IN STOCK AFTER IT WAS ORDERED” or “YOU HAVE GOT TO BUY OVER-PRICED OR NON-EXISTANT ACCESSORIES TO GET THE CAMERA DELIVERED” Fortunately I ran across PCNation & Eric who gave me a fair price (Best deliverable) & actually delivered in 3 days to my door. I never write reviews, however, after dealing with all the scammers in Brooklyn & other places, I must give a A+ to these guys & girls!! Thanks PCNation & Eric! To the scammers: they (almost)all seem to close @ 2pm for prayer & close on Saturday; I do hope they go someplace where it is very warm for all eternity once they have checked out as a payment for their miserable negative existence here on earth."

1. Cross-Ship - PCNation will process your return request and charge your credit card upfront for the new product being shipped out. Once the product has been returned back to our Returns Warehouse we will issue credit back to you credit card for this first unit.
2. Replacement - A replacement will be sent to you once the merchandise has been returned and processed by the Returns Warehouse. The funds from the first order will be applied to your replacement order at that time and your card will not be charged a second time. If you choose Replacement, please keep in mind that it may take a few weeks before this second unit is shipped. If you require a replacement unit immediately, we encourage you to choose the Cross Ship option.

I ordered a PNY nVidia Quadro fx1400 video card (listed on their site as "ships within 24 hours"). The next day I was notified it was back ordered - even though the PCNation web page for this item still said it would ship within 24 hours.
2 weeks later, I emailed PCNation asking why my item had not shipped. They wouldn't directly answer my question. They instead told me I would have to wait even longer.
After 3 1/2 weeks of waiting, I had had enough. During most of my wait, the PCNation web site listed my item as shipping within 24 hours. I canceled my order and threatened sending a complaint to the Office of the Illinois State Attorney General. Magically the item was suddenly in stock and ready to ship! At that point I decided PCNation was not trustworthy and walked away.
I don't know what these guys are up to. Are they incompetent or running some sort of scam? Maybe they like to keep a large order backlog to minimize the cost of carrying inventory.
I do know that I will NEVER do business with PCNation again. I advise everyone to stay away."

Order shipment was initially delayed because I needed to ship to different address from shipping address, but I only found out when I called to ask why item had not shipped.
