But everything was exactly as indicated on the product pages. They said " ship within 5 to 10 busness days" and for me, on the 10th day they sent my package.
Customer service was really good and quick to respond (by e-mail). They even checked on me to know if I received my order.

"They charged me then after 10 days said it takes another 20-30 days to ship my phone as it comes from China!!! How a 2000$ Samsung Fold3 is shipped from China is beyond me! "Purchased iPhone 13 Pro Max on Oct 2021 and received my order on Dec. Price and FedEx shipment fee to Japan was reasonable and their customer service is great; I sent dozens of inquires and they always replied within 24 hrs or so, never being ignored.
Although shipment took slightly longer than I expected, they did their best considering the iPhone 13 shortage and I believe the delay was beyond their control."

“Hello, you purchased a product at a special sale price that ships within 15-25 business days. That shipping timeframe was indicated on the product's page, and we also explained it to you by email when you inquired. You refused to understand, so you immediately opened a PayPal dispute which froze your funds and gave it to PayPal to issue an eventual refund. If you hadn't opened a PayPal dispute we would have simply made the refund, but you chose the hard way out, and we no longer had your funds, PayPal did, and they did the reimbursement when they could.
Our customer service was always very polite and respectful with you, even when you emailed us: "I have left horrible reviews for you and will continue doing so, I will make sure everyone knows what a nasty scamming POS you are lol. Go to Hell and F*ck you very much!".
