"I hardly write reviews because negative reviews can adversely affect bonafide companies, however, when you come across a shaddy company like PDAPlaza, it becomes a duty to help other potential customers from falling victim. I have read many positive reviews on them which now make me to doubt those reviews.

I know you are thinking of buying a phone from them because their prices looks cheaper! STOP! don't do it. Add a little more money and buy from a reliable company, it would save you the headache and stress. The stress and headaches is not worth the $50 or $100 or $200 that you are thinking of saving. However, if you are as dumb as me and decides to proceed to buy anything from them, do not send them email /interac money transfer because of 3% discount! I repeat, on no account should you send them email/interac money transfer. If you insist on buying something from them, you must use Paypal to make the purchase to safeguard your hard earned money. This is a very very shaddy company. I have sent emails to them several times with vague responses. I have spoken with them several times with same vague promises that they would refund my money over 4-5 days in bits of $400-$500, that there is limit to how much they can transfer on a daily basis etc. If I get paid for all the time I have wasted interacting with this shaddy company, I would be richer. Please do not become a victim like myself - avoid this company completely, run to a genuine company to buy your phone and thank me later."

"J'ai commandé un xiaomi mi 11i le 9 novembre dernier. Le site internet de Pda stipulait 5-10 jours ouvrable avant l'expédition. Il a finalement été expédié après 15 jours ouvrables dû à des délais DHL. Une fois le colis expédié, tout s'est bien déroulé. Je dois dire aussi que tout au long de ma commande, soit du 9 novembre jusqu'à réception, le service à la clientèle a été IMPECCABLE! Toujours poli, toujours rapide à répondre, même si on demande chaque jours ou en est notre commande! ;)
De plus, comme ma commande prenait plus de temps que prévu, Constatine m'a offert de shipper ma commande avec purolator plutôt que poste canada, afin que ce soit plus rapide ainsi (alors que j'avais payé pour un shipping via poste canada). Cela démontre le sérieux de la compagnie qui a sû s'adapter à sa clientèle.

Point à améliorer, car même si c'est presque parfait, on peut toujours s'améliorer : Il serait intéressant de donner le numéro de suivi DHL au client, ainsi il pourrait suivre son envoi et ne pas paniquer s'il y a des délais ( mettons, comme moi hihi)

Finalement, mon téléphone est bel et bien une version global comme le site l'indique, il fonctionne bien et il était bel et bien neuf lorsque je l'ai reçu. Cela encourage à acheter sur ce site malgré les délais, car j'ai déjà commandé avec une autre compagnie qui m'ont envoyé une version autralienne au lieu de global, et l'emballage semblait pas neuf...

"Despite brought a Sony Xperia 1 III XQ-BC72 Dual-SIM 12GB/512GB, Frosted Purple as $1285 CAD within 15-25 business days (weekends and holidays are excluded), it was longer than I expected. Ordered on September 27 and was expecting shipping around October 29 with the tracking number. While I am not in the rush to get it right away, it ended up taking more than a month (in translation more than 25 business days despite it). The term 15-25 business days (weekends and holidays does not count) is referring to the latest around October 29 and then delayed to November 5th as Constatine (the customer service) know about the issue itself. Once it finally shipped on November 9, at least my worries are over as not a scam after all (arrived on November 12th).

The device however, glad it worth the wait as the latest firmware updated for best experience. The phone is legit and fantastic to use for. As a significant upgrade from my previous phone from 4 years ago (a Motorola phone from $300 CAD), it is a big one for me. No wonder why Sony Xperia is one of the go for all-rounders in flagship price. If you don’t mind the long shipments, then I recommend this site."

"I was looking for a phone to replace my dying one. I had a limited budget, but didn't want to take the chance on something so expensive on dodgy sites. I also wanted something within Canada, so that if something were to go wrong, i had a better chance of contacting them.

The prices were pretty decent. they were the lowest amongst all the Canadian online retailers and also carries a wide variety of phones that are not carried elsewhere.
Their website says that it will take 5-10 business days before they will ship. Normally these are just filler statements, because they usually ship within 2-3 days. Make no mistake, that is not the case with PDA Plaza. They do mean it.
My phone took 10 business days after ordering before they shipped it. But shipping was pretty quick once it had started.

overall, i enjoyed the experience. Just be a bit patient and don't panic.
