"Very shady business! My brother had ordered a Rog phone from them and placed his order on dec 06 and pda plaza told him he would receive it around Dec end. He did not receive any order even by jan mid and he was told they are not sure if its in stock and kept giving new dates to make us wait. By jan end my brother was tired of this business and cancelles and now he is not being refunded. He is told every week they donot have enough limit to transfer the whole amount. And he has to ask again and again for refund. After many messages he got 800$ refunded in two batches in one month and now he has been asking for remaining 1200$ and has been waiting for over four days for replies. Like this company cannot complete orders, then keeps you hanging and then cannot even refund your amount in one go or even in batches they cannot do it despite your repeatedly asking and emailing? Very very shady!"

"The phone is great, exactly what I was looking for and the price was better than a lot of competitors. It took a long time to process the order with no communication from the seller. The payment ended up expiring because the company took more than a month to accept the payment from PayPal. I received an email a few days after the payment expired asking me to reorder the phone. It ended up costing more. I found the experience frustrating and would have purchased from somewhere else to avoid the hassle. Once the order was processed the shipping time was quick."

But everything was exactly as indicated on the product pages. They said " ship within 5 to 10 busness days" and for me, on the 10th day they sent my package.
