After waiting for so long, I decided to cancel. I will admit though that after waiting for my refund I contacted them again because they had a sale on the phone and decided to cancel the cancellation. They said they would refund the difference on the phone, but that never happened, so I decided to cancel the phone again.
After about 10 business days, I see there's no cancellation. They said it would be another few days. Again never happened.
I have been waiting and no refund.
I am going to have to contact my credit card company for the scoop and hopefully they can reverse the charges there because these guys will not refund my money.
This clown named Constantine keeps giving me the runaround about when my refund will happen, but they're just blowing smoke up my ****.
These guys should be out of business with their scams!!

Still, the refund was issued within the indicated timeframe we provided the last time you asked for the cancellation.
PayPal requires multiple business days to process the funds back to your bank account, which took some additional days after we refunded you. This was not under our control.
