It was my first purchase from PDAPlaza company. So I was a bit nervous, but everything went smoothly and professional.
Ordering process/Checkout is simple and plain and secure. No need to create an account. No further queries concerning passport etc.

Already on next Monday (02. August) FedEx announced shipment with tracking number. Date of shipment was 03.August. And every day I got consecutively several shipment updates.

"I recently bought a OnePlus 9 from PDAPlaza. The process was simple enough and my phone was shipped only a few days late but nothing outrageous. They offered me a better deal than OnePlus did on their website. My only complaint is that the phone is a Chinese model not North American version, therefore I did not get the Qi wireless charging option included. That was disappointing but the phone was still worth it. I'd give them 4 out of 5 stars and would consider using them again."
"I bought an ASUS ROG Phone 3 from these guys many months ago. The product info said 12 GB of RAM but it only came with 8 GB of RAM. Also, the screen broke by itself from the inside. This happened five days after their one-month warranty. I got a hold of ASUS and they wouldn't fix it, for two reasons: first, the phone was made for the China region so they claimed they didn't have the right tools, and second, because the manufacturer warranty was up before I even had the phone. This means PDA Plaza buys cheap Chinese versions of phones, stockpiles them, lies about their specs, and resells them to unknowing customers. After many hours of trying to resolve my broken screen problem, I tried to reverse my credit card payment through my bank. In order for that to happen, I needed to send the phone back to PDA Plaza, but I couldn't because they refused to send me their mailing address. I ended up being forced to keep the now useless phone with no way of getting it fixed or getting my money back. Don't buy from these guys!"

"Let's get this out of the way: Based on my experience overall, I would (and likely will) order from this store again.
That said, it was not a perfect experience, so here's my short story: I ordered a white Note 20 Ultra at the beginning of June with a 15-25 business day delivery window. About a week later, I lost my job. So I contacted them to cancel my order and was told they would. 3 weeks later, I found a new job and decided I still wanted a new phone. The Note 20 Ultra was no longer on sale, so I grabbed an Xperia 1 Ii instead with a 10-15 business day shipping window. Another 2 weeks goes by, and I get charge notice... for my Note 20 Ultra order that I cancelled weeks ago! So I contact them and say what happened. But since I actually wanted the Note more, I asked if they could cancel my Xperia order instead and let the Note continue. Constantine, who was speaking with, was agreeable and said he would cancel the Xperia and ship the Note. However, 3 days later my Xperia still hadn't been cancelled. So I actually had to call in to make sure that got taken care of. A little frustrating, really should be more on top of cancellations and shouldn't require customers to constantly pester and follow up to make sure they won't be charged for items they don't want.
Anyway, another few days go by, at this point I'd been charged for my Note about a week prior, but still no tracking number and we were at business day 28 of 25. So I messaged again, and was told that my White Note 20 Ultra would be another 10 business days (at least), but I was informed that he had an identical, same model N20U in stock, in bronze, and he could ship it out first thing the next day. Since we were now in our 7th week since ordering, I agreed, and true to his word it did ship the next day and actually arrived only 2 days after that. The box had the factory seal in tact, and the phone was in fact new, in box, never opened. I've now had it for a week, and the phone is excellent, and the Bronze colour (although not what I ordered) is quite beautiful and classy and I've come to terms with it. Ultimately, everytime I contacted for service, replies were prompt and friendly, and I did receive a beautiful, brand new phone for a stellar price. However, I had to contact a few too many times for my liking, and ultimately ended up getting a different colour phone than I ordered because I was unwilling to wait what would have been 9-10 weeks by the time we were all said and done for something I was told would be no more than 6 weeks when I ordered. So long as you are VERY patient, and willing to be a little proactive on keeping track of your order and its status, ultimately, you will get the phone you want, for a great price. In a couple years time, I will likely order from here again, but if they could expediate their phone acquisition process and get this turn around times down to 15 business days or less, it would go a long way.

But pens were always listed on the web site for sale. Not sure why did they lie for. Really unpleasant experience after all. "

"When I made a purchase on the website, it was for a OnePlus 9 Pro phone, but some time after I changed my mind and reached out to them to see if a change can be made to a Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra - fortunately my change request was accepted but, per the staff I was in contact with, this meant my wait time would be reset to 15-25 business days as advertised. Unfortunately they did go past 25 business days before they shipped my phone, but for me, I was not in a rush to get it so I didn't mind at all. When I got my package, it was the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra per my change request! English was installed, phone is in excellent condition! Packaging was excellent!
I'll be keeping my new phone for years to come, but if I ever need to purchase another phone, I'll be buying from PDAPlaza again."
