"First it was bit hard to understand the difference of in-stock item vs factory order item but the customer service always answered to any query fairly quickly and precisely. I mistakenly placed an order for the factory order item for cheaper price, but since I wanted the phone ASAP, I asked the customer service to see if I can change it to in stock item by paying the price difference and they accepted. The international shipment to Japan took more days than expected but the Fedex tracking has been fairly transparent so there were no worries. iPhone 12 mini A2398 is sold only in Canada and Japan. Shutter sound can be switched off only on the Canadian model so if you live in Japan and want this feature, PDA is the way to go. "

I had some suspicion due to its extremely low price but the phone finally came in a completed sealed and original box as advertised.
The same goes for the transaction which went through without issues.
They even included a free adapter for the phone so it can charge in another corner and region of the planet!

"Really sad. I had purchased three handsets from them, and my last, a Sony Xperia 1, was defective within the first 4 months with camera failure.
I contacted them, and someone named Alex, sad they would arrange the exchange.
Then, a nightmare.
A string of emails, going back and forth for 4 more months. Them promising me, they'd get to it.
It never happened.

"I ordered on the 21th of November 2020 my Samsung Note 20 Ultra and received after roughly a month. The phone is brand-new seal and amazing....Customer Service is excellent...Due to pandemic and slightly delay from their Supplier, for courtesy they shipped my phone with Purolator at no extra charge.
This could be a small company and retailer but they are very professional...My next phone surely will be again through them."
"I ordered and paid for my LG Wing Dual Sim (Illusion Sky) on mid October. On the website, it shown will ship 15-25 business day after payment. At almost end of November, I got the tracking number and I received it on Dec 02. But they sent me the wrong colour, they sent me the Aurora Grey one. I contact with them immediately and they replied that sent back the phone to them first (I paid the shipment first and they promise they will refund the shipment) and they will sent me the right one in 7-10 days. I shipped back the phone to them at the same day.
At mid of December, I e-mail to them again, first, I confirmed they already got back the phone and then ask them the tracking number for the shipment, but they said they don’t have the phone (LG Wing Dual Sim Illusion Sky) right now, they will received some on next week. A week later, I got the same answer, until yesterday, they gave me the same answer, that mean they don’t have the phone on hand at this moment. I don’t know when will I get my order and I am so disappointed! However, I need to take 50% of responsibility on that, because I didn’t review the other people experience on forum before I do on-line shopping. So please do some research before you do on-line shopping.
At last, I just want to say I am NOT asking for refund, I just want to get my right order as soon as possible. Please take action, thanks."
"So I placed an order on Oct 19th.. and I got my purchase on dec 1st after a week of delays by purolater. I stand corrected.. This place does give you a great price for the phone.. The only thing I think would help this company is that if they had faster delivery timelines.. But I guess the price would not be as great then.. thank you to Alex and all the team based on Montreal.. Keep up the great work and timely updates and also the great prices.
A note for customers: you might need to wait around a month for delivery but I couldn't find a better price online other than this site.. amazon, best buy and swiftronics were charger me way more.

"I ordered a Sony Xperia 1 II and got it within a week with unbeatably great price. This is remarkable because the Sony Xperia 1 II was rare of stocks everywhere. The phone I received appears to be a new one and works well as expected. Prior to ordering, I emailed and asked about the models the company had in stocks and got a positive reply from Alex. The PDA Plaza's website does not say which items are in stock though, you should inquire before ordering if not wanting to wait the maximum time specified in the terms of agreement. Alex had always responded to my email. My experience with PDA Plaza had been positive and would buy from it again."

“We provide 30 days of warranty from our store and one year from the manufacturer. That is a standard warranty for all online merchants, which you read and agreed to when you accepted our Terms of Use.
You contacted us about the issue over three months after receiving the order. Thus, you only have the manufacturer warranty left. You have to contact Sony to get the phone repaired as you still have a manufacturer warranty.”
