"Buy from them if you have the patience to wait for eternity. I ordered a phone from their website a month ago and it was never shipped, it stated on their website saying it will be shipped within 15-25 business days and I am 100% sure that they will delay it due to whatever reason they come up with. I then went to order the same phone from another Canadian website and it's delivered within 6 days(and cheaper). I am still working on a solution with PDA Plaza for a refund which they promised to have done within 7-10 business days, and it's now 12th days and no word, no refund.
DO NOT RECOMMEND and STAY AWAY."

A few years ago the timeframe was a bit longer than 10-25 days business days but still fine , this year I can say that I received the device in 1 month and 3 days. This is perfectly acceptable to me, when you buy a device with a great rebate then you will get in a months. Also I have written to PDA plaza a few times in a months and always give me fast answer , good support. I recommend it "

"I ordered 2 North American versions of the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra in February. The website indicated 15 to 25 business days for shipment. After 5 weeks, I hadn't heard anything so I contacted them. It's a good thing I did, because they said that they couldn't get those phones. They offered me the Chinese versions instead saying that those ones would be able to ship within a week. One of them did, and the other took 3. I'm also waiting for one refund that they confirmed that I would receive, as well as another refund that would just make sense considering the extreme delay and the fact that the phones I received had lower sale prices."

"I ordered the Sony 5ii pink and Liquid Screen protector from PDA Plaza and I am happy with the product that i got. The phone is brand new and run smoothly. It was cheaper than most online store and it arrive pretty quickly. They also response pretty quickly if you email them. I didn't find the Liquid Screen Protector useful and they were happy to refund it. It is a trustworthy establishment I would recommend PDA Plaza to my friends.
