"I ordered on the 21th of November 2020 my Samsung Note 20 Ultra and received after roughly a month. The phone is brand-new seal and amazing....Customer Service is excellent...Due to pandemic and slightly delay from their Supplier, for courtesy they shipped my phone with Purolator at no extra charge.
This could be a small company and retailer but they are very professional...My next phone surely will be again through them."
"I ordered and paid for my LG Wing Dual Sim (Illusion Sky) on mid October. On the website, it shown will ship 15-25 business day after payment. At almost end of November, I got the tracking number and I received it on Dec 02. But they sent me the wrong colour, they sent me the Aurora Grey one. I contact with them immediately and they replied that sent back the phone to them first (I paid the shipment first and they promise they will refund the shipment) and they will sent me the right one in 7-10 days. I shipped back the phone to them at the same day.
At mid of December, I e-mail to them again, first, I confirmed they already got back the phone and then ask them the tracking number for the shipment, but they said they don’t have the phone (LG Wing Dual Sim Illusion Sky) right now, they will received some on next week. A week later, I got the same answer, until yesterday, they gave me the same answer, that mean they don’t have the phone on hand at this moment. I don’t know when will I get my order and I am so disappointed! However, I need to take 50% of responsibility on that, because I didn’t review the other people experience on forum before I do on-line shopping. So please do some research before you do on-line shopping.
At last, I just want to say I am NOT asking for refund, I just want to get my right order as soon as possible. Please take action, thanks."
"So I placed an order on Oct 19th.. and I got my purchase on dec 1st after a week of delays by purolater. I stand corrected.. This place does give you a great price for the phone.. The only thing I think would help this company is that if they had faster delivery timelines.. But I guess the price would not be as great then.. thank you to Alex and all the team based on Montreal.. Keep up the great work and timely updates and also the great prices.
A note for customers: you might need to wait around a month for delivery but I couldn't find a better price online other than this site.. amazon, best buy and swiftronics were charger me way more.

"I ordered a Sony Xperia 1 II and got it within a week with unbeatably great price. This is remarkable because the Sony Xperia 1 II was rare of stocks everywhere. The phone I received appears to be a new one and works well as expected. Prior to ordering, I emailed and asked about the models the company had in stocks and got a positive reply from Alex. The PDA Plaza's website does not say which items are in stock though, you should inquire before ordering if not wanting to wait the maximum time specified in the terms of agreement. Alex had always responded to my email. My experience with PDA Plaza had been positive and would buy from it again."

They said the model I ordered is not available from their provider. Then why they listed it on their site?
I requested a cancel and refund on Aug 4th.
They said need 7 - 10 business days to process. Ok, I am fine, because it is their policy and I agreed.
After the period, I asked the status because of no refund.
They said tomorrow.
Ok, I waited till the next week, still no update.
I sent another email to ask the status and why still delay? No reply.
I sent my final friendly remind before going to report them. Ready to going with legal actions. It is my 1,500 CAD.
Then, they refunded today, Aug 26th.
No apologize or indemnification for their mistake (delay, no replies, no updates, wasted my time, testing my patience).
Anyway, I received my money back. So I increased my rating to 2 stars overall with 3 stars in details."
"I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S20+ 128GB, Black at the beginning of August, and have used the phone for a few weeks now and everything is excellent! I did not experience any issues with my device and everything came thankfully sealed.
There were a few day delays with shipping due to COVID. I wish I had chosen Purolator instead of Canada Post, but oh well, it's not that big of a deal. I would gladly buy other stuff from them in the future."
"Recently dropped and cracked my mate 20x. Try to find a replacement but couldn't justify any phones with smaller screen than my 20x so end up ordered the mate 20x 5G from PDA plaza. Ordered on 10th and got the phone on the 21st. Not sure if this is a package deal or not they even throw me a authentic flip cover case. Email communication with them is prompt. my overall experience with them is very good. Will do business again in the future "
"You can buy a phone on sale but have to wait 15 to 25 business days. Then if you decide to cancel the order, its a 7 to 10 business day refund. All these people are doing is investing your money and gaining a profit within the 15 to 25 business days. If they have a major lost, I hope they don't shut the door and run with all the clients money. I wouldnt buy from them every again, if you have a deal you ship asap or when stock is in. Not for investing people money before shipping a product. They use your money to gain money to pay for the phone and take an extra profit. "
