"I asked quite a bit of questions before I had ordered the Asus ROG 6 Phone from PDAPlaza. Milan had answered most of my questions based on availability, compatibility in Canada and accessores for the phone etc.
I'm happy that they offered Sezzle as a payment plan because it made it so much easier for me to budget for this phone and I pre-ordered this when it went on sale again.
In terms of shipping I knew what to expect because its a very limited phone and it would take a while before it would arrive. I had asked their customer service who gave me an update on the expected shipping date. Normally its supposed to be 1-2 weeks later for pre-orders but it was a bit longer for me due to the phone I chose. The model PDA Plaza sent me was the global edition from UK and they were awesome enough to throw in a plug adapter at no extra cost.
Currently testing out the new ROG 6 Phone and it will likely be replacing my ROG 1 Phone as I've waited for a while before upgrading."

"This Dual SIM cell is everything I wanted with the 'larger' capacity storage compared to what was available immediately.
Delivery Time was disappointing due to Global Entry Point delays and took over a month to receive; however, wanted the larger capacity.
Cost is comparable to others that offer similar products, but Storage was more from PDA Plaza."

"I had ordered the phone from pdaplaza.ca on july 24 2022 and had received it on September 2nd. I started using the phone and quickly discovered that it fails to maintain proper reception signal. My carrier is Fido and where I live none of my previous phones had a problem with that. I compared pda's sony phone back to back with my old Samsung and it was having worse reception everywhere. So I requested a refund. On September 9th their employee Milan emailed me that the refund requested and will take 10-14 days to proceed. Over 20 business days later I still had no refund posted on my account. I sent him an email again, he said that he was going to request it again with his account manager. I'm pretty sure this company us a one man show but Milan was trying to make it seem like there's more than one person involved probably to justify the delays. So on October 17th after I sent him an email saying that I need my refund ASAP or I'm getting my bank involved he refunded me right away but 96,**$ short because they excluded the shipping and restocking fees?!....Are you serious....after I was so patient with you....and don't you guys get attracted by their discount deals because there are no deals. They post the cheaper prices every month. I will stay away from them in future and recommend everyone to do the same! You'll be better off with big well known companies than with these scamers."
"Bought Nokiax10 my fav brand it came via post all perfect. Best price I could find. Upgrade from Nokia 6.1 much better Camara 16-48 mps. Larger screen easier to type on all the features in one phone it does all. Security updates 3 yrs android 12. I bought all phone protection ahead of time rubber back and glass screen protector and secondary case. Sounds smothering but not alternative sister went through 6 protectors and the digitizer screen stayed intact. Lady almost crying when guy in mobile shop told her no parts yet to fix a $1600 jigsawed broken screen. Don't want the hassle. Nokia's hang in there pretty good. Just recently retired my Nokia 1020 great sound clarity as this new one does and the few extra mps and is a bit clearer depth too plus it's android so more flexible apps. Son's birthday tomorrow got his new phone 3 days early great! I have all the accessories If getting new phone get a secondary back for it one that has a lip higher than screen glass screen protector too.They have saved so many a phone from the recycler or repair shop. Also new X10 zippy internet browser. Clear screen too nice clear sound

"I came to the page by chance because I had recently broken my phone and needed a replacement. I wasn't sure if the site was legitimate, but all evidence pointed to yes, so I decided to place my order.
After placing my order, I received a quick but disappointing email informing me that neither my colour nor my second option was in stock. There was little the firm could do about the lack of inventory, so they did what I hope every company would do. They contacted me as soon as possible, offered a replacement, and smoothed out other concerns such as shipping.
Although the shipping had some complications, they were fantastic throughout the process and I would recommend them to anybody. The phone is the international edition, and it works well A+."

The phone is fully functional with Fido as our technicians tested it. Your area might not have the best support from Fido for this Global model. The same phone was purchased by another client and it worked perfectly with his carrier. I understand you might be upset, as such, we recommend finding a bigger carrier company like Bell or Rogers than the cheaper options like Fido.”
