"I have a very bad experience with PDA.i was looking to buy a cell phone and decided to give them a try.man I made a big mistake.shipping is over 2 months.u can't get any faster than that.so many email traffic so many lies.i had to cancel twice my vacation plan cuz I believed both times they will deliver their promises.nope they did not.if u complain enough just to make u feel happy they will created shipping label so they steal another week or so from you.do yourself favour and don't order anything from them.being inexpensive should not be cheap.u should let people know what's going on.and don't give fake promises.hope u guys get bankrupt so u ll know how to do honest business.stay away if u want to have a no stress

"I have ordered a phone way back this January with the expectation to received the phone within 25-30 working days. After the said time frame had gone and passed, i sent emails for an update and the always reply that there were problems with shipping due to a whole bunch of reasons. After 2 and a half months of waiting and still nothing from them to show any progress, i decided to cancel my order which they agreed to refund me in full. But unfortunately they are unable to send the full amount back due to "Limitations" in sending money. The full price of my order was 2,600 CAD. They have sent me my initial refund amounting to 1,000 CAD after 2 weeks of back and fourth email, and the other 1,000 CAD after a MONTH!! And up until now im still emailing about the remaining 600 CAD which they always say that they will look into it.
If you are thinking of buying from them, i suggest you go look to a more reputable store, and if you are dead set on buying from them, please do not be like me and use PAYPAL not INTERAC as this would ensure you have a back up options to get your money back in case, which would likely to happen, something wrong would occur. When you requested to cancel and refund your order, we issued you a refund via the same payment method you processed the order with, which is the Interac e-transfer.
But your bank was not letting the transaction go through for some reason so we tried it again and it did not go through. Perhaps the amount was too large so we decided to make the refund in individual batches so to if your bank would work this time. Therefore, we decided to issue the refund via PayPal which worked. You have all of your funds with you... The refund was issued. We emailed you regarding this but got no answer.
As such, it is not our fault your bank couldn't process the transaction back to you via Interac so we were compelled to do it via PayPal. This all caused a slight delay but once again, this was not under our control.

“To keep it short, you purchased your phone on special sale with a shipping timeframe of 15-25 business days as indicated on the product page. The deadline was June 30. We shipped it on June 30 but Canada Post only picked up the package on July 4 because July 1 was Canada Day (holiday) and the rest were weekends.
We apologize for the 1-day delay but there's no need for you to overexaggerate yourself so much, this isn't drama class. We even shipped it Express Post (instead of Expedited as you paid) as compensation for the single-day delay.”
