The only problems I had were in shipping, in terms of some confusion about how that would work. In the end things worked out. Also (and this has nothing to do with PROPortable), for international orders, I suggest shipping by air instead of ground, as there is less chance of problems in transit. The extra shipping cost is worth it."

"Well here goes the story...
I actually decided to order my M6 laptop from another company online because ProPortable was out of stock at the time and I needed it for school. It also must be mentioned that i save a little bit of money in the process of going with this other vendor. In the end the small savings turned into a nightmare.
Turns out that my system had a defective screen so I called the company I ordered it from (on Asus approved reseller list) and they told me it was too bad. Mind you I had just received it. I called them back for the next 3 days and finally got them to tell me to send it to them to be looked at, but it may take a month or longer. Needless to say I was angry.
Enter ProPortable stage left.... I talked to Justin and told him my story. Of course he knew I didn't order the laptop from them because they didn't have any in stock. So as I talked to him he gave me things to try to see if it got better but nothing helped me. Just then when I was losing hope, he contacted the head of Asus (laptop division) and shortly after I was told to send my laptop in to him. I shipped it and within 3 days it was back to me with a brand new screen and other nice touches done to it that made it all the better.
ProPortable has been an Angel to me... They will always have my business with support like that.
Always remember, there is no substitute for great customer service. Proportable obviously knows this.
