There is no update for RMA number by mail. I need to go back their site every day and check the RMA num issued or not. Finally after few days later, they issued RMA but I never got the RMA guideline email as they mentioned in the previous email. After that, I still don't know how to ship my item back. I tried to use the on-line customer service and it's not avaiable all the time during their working time. And left two email to two different email address and got no response. Finally, I made the phone call to their customer serivce to ask for the RMA guideline email. He told me he will send it out after the phone call. It's been two days and I didn't get any mail after that. Very BAD customer service and Returning processing. Now I hope I can get my replacement item two weeks later. MAYBE?? according their SLOW processing time. I will never come back."

Smartdisk had a 1 year warranty on it, but I couldn't find my invoice nor the reciept or anything! I contacted Page Computer regarding my situation, and they looked up my invoice number, and sent me a html of the invoice! Unfortunately, my email account did not support HTML, so i went to their website and used their live support feature! I got to chat live with their support personnal who were kind and responsive!
