"I ordered the Smartdisk Rover 128mb mp3 player from them last November, and it broke last week (February). Smartdisk had a 1 year warranty on it, but I couldn't find my invoice nor the reciept or anything! I contacted Page Computer regarding my situation, and they looked up my invoice number, and sent me a html of the invoice! Unfortunately, my email account did not support HTML, so i went to their website and used their live support feature! I got to chat live with their support personnal who were kind and responsive!
