"These people are a joke. I placed an order for a Sony StylePro CPD-E440/B 19" monitor and they said if the order was placed before 11:00am PST, it would normally ship the same day. Anyway, I used an alternate ship to (which in my experience from previous employment on an online retailer, only delays the order when using an AMEX card as they won't approve the charge if the alternate ship to isn't on file) but a day went by and I finally get an email telling me the alternate ship to was approved and the order should be shipping soon (I buy everything online, I mean everything online and this has never happened with my bank so whatever… I let that slide) Another day goes by and I hear nothing, not even an email. The site's order status page gives an error when checking status. Shows a table, but the table is empty. (Their expertice extends all the way to the IT room it seems) I try calling and get a recording from someone whose English is very poor. What a Joke! I finally get to check the status today on their site and now says the order is cancelled!!!. I email them, I get no reply, so I decide to call again and they finally answer just to tell me that yes, the order was cancelled, as if nothing ever happened. I ask why and the rep tells me that they just don’t have it anymore. When asked why not even email me so that I could order it from somewhere else as I had a deadline to meet on this order for a client, and the rep just stays quiet. I guess there isn’t a reply for this on his script.
Trust me, pay 10 more bucks and go with the next vendor. The good reviews you see here are nothing but pure luck. If you order something from these guys and they happen not to have it in stock or you ask for something as complicated as them shipping it to an alternate address, you’ll be in deep trouble. They just can’t handle it… These people are not worth the time and hassle. In this day and age there is no excuse for poor service when it comes to online ordering. Look at newegg.com. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
