"This company is suck! Once you placed the order, there is no way you can cancel it. The company will force you to pay the shipping fee and ship out the order.
i ordered a "creative webcam notebook" at the midnite of friday, and sent them order cancelation a few hours later. They did not response me until Monday, because they dont work on Saturday and Sunday. Then, on Monday, they emailed and told me that the order has been shipped, and they could not give me the tracking number yet. Apparently, they were talking shxt, because they had not yet shipped out the order. That is the reason that they couldnt give me the tracking number. This company is real suck, and DISHONEST! "

I really really really wish they would use Fed Ex as their shipper as ups isn't too good anymore.

"I ordered from this company an item which was sent from a different location so it arrived the next day. Unfortunately I mistyped the shipping address and it was attempted to deliver to my neighbor across the street that refused it. After calling FedEx they told me the package was on its way back to sender, and their web site was not updated to show this return to sender, it kept showing delivered.Within the same day they called FedEx confirmed the package was being returned and sent me another one NO CHARGE, WITHOUT HAVING RECEIVED THE RETURNED ONE. I don’t know many retailers that won’t pull the tracking package story, keep you on hold for 10 days or charge you again promising to credit you after they receive the return if it doesn’t get lost. (Has happened before).
I’ll be giving them first shot on my quotes from now on. 2THUMBS UP.

"Sure. They had the best price for what I wanted. And they had OK phone tech support. But my $500+ was tied up since 8/25 while they "discovered my printers" were not actually ready to ship.....from Taiwan"! Gee, there site said they had the quantity in stock that I wanted. And that was confirmed on Aug 25, but today they announced my order had been cancelled. When I called to find out why, they said one of their guys (Dante) had cancelled it because they could not get the parts for them from Korea. Meanwhiile my money was tied up for three weeks and my customer is a little (very) upset.

"I am overall satisfied. i had shopped for the two things I purchased for a while. I bought a Cordless optical trackman trackball and a KVM switch. the products were packaged fine and were both delivered raidly. I placed the order on Labor day (Monday) about 10:00 PM and one arived on Wednesday and the other arived on Thursday. My only problem is that they never let me know they were shipping seperately. When I got the first package I expected both items tobe in it. I called to check and they informed me that although I got no notice, and their website didn't mention it when checking status, they were shipped seperately. The second package was coming UPS even though the first came FEDEX. They gave me the second tracking number over the phone.
To sum it up, my complaint is lack of communication not a complaint about delivery or the products. I will probably buy from them again if they have the product I want. I will be aware the shipping is a little flaky."
