"This company confuses me. They have great prices and delivered on time, but their Customer Service is HORRIBLE. Their package tracking is not accurate. If I had a company that large with that amount of business, I would go the newegg way. Best customer service in the industry. Win everyone over and do twice the volume.
I ordered 2 512 meg Memory stick pro's and a memory stick order. I cancelled the order 5 minutes after placing the order and received this reply.

Well, I'm keeping the order and I will be VERY careful in the future ordering from them. It is kind of dissappointing because they only need to change a few things to become one hell of a good place.

"One the worst experiences of my purchasing history. Web page did not accurately reflect keystrokes - upon telephoning, was on hold for over 1/2 hour. Operator stated web site being redesigned - when asked why the delay in answering telephone, was told we have alot of calls. I go to the site to query status of order - site responds with no such order on file! "

"I used to buy from Page Computers all the time, but I'm about to say 'never again'. We received a defective data projector replacement lamp from them - first problem I'd ever encountered with them. First they told me I would have to handle the return directly with the manufacturer, who was in turn flabbergasted that Page Computers would even make such a claim. After sending them a sharply-worded e-mail, they issued an RMA & call tag through UPS. UPS never picked up the merchandise, the tracking number just says they received the billing electronically from Page Computers when I try to track it on their web site. I recontacted Page Computers, they said they issued a new call tag. This second tracking number isn't recognized by the UPS web site. When the next allotted period passed and no pickup was made, I contacted Page Computers again. Now they want me to foot the bill for the return and they'll 'reimburse' me. Sure they will - I really believe that - NOT! And of course now the first RMA number has 'expired' so they've issued a new RMA number, meaning I have to retrieve the package from my Shipping/Receiving dock and change the RMA number on it. What a complete pain in the neck! At this point I doubt that I'll get any resolution on the issue, short of disputing the charge with the credit card company.
***Update 4/24/03 - Now they're trying to say my return was an 'exception' and there's nothing further they can do to help me apart from the aforementioned solution of having me ship it back at my own expense and wait for reimbursement.
By the way, the grammar of the person I've been corresonding with at Page Computers is terrible - I can barely understand their e-mails. It certainly isn't providing me with any incentive to continue doing business with them.
***Update 6/12/03 - vendor has issued full credit and did reimburse for return shipping. While this specific matter is now satisfactorily resolved, I am still somewhat disappointed with their customer service - this transaction didn't need to be such a hassle."

First, you can browse their inventory for a specific item and not find it, but if you search on the part number, it turns out they do in fact carry it and have it in stock. I asked them what they had in mind but all they would do is keep asking me to retract the review. Finally many emails later, they told me there was not enough profit on my $240 order to do anything for me.

Ordered item on 4/1. UPS shows that billing info supplied on 4/1 but package never was shipped from Page. Calls to UPS confirm this and they say package should have been delivered 4/2 guaranteed. As of 4/3,Page will do nothing about it. UPS says they should initiate a trace but they won't do it. I have been forced to purchase item elsewhere and no longer need it. These guys are impossible to get on their live web help as well. I will contest the credit card charge and hopefully get my money back!"
"I ordered a Nikon Coolpix 2100 digital camera for my wife. It is her 32nd wedding anniversary present. Page Computer had one of the 3 best prices when price+shipping was included. Other sites had a slightly lower price but were charging $19.90 for shipping a 2 lb. camera! Page was $3 higher on price but only charged $7.02 for 6 to 7 day ground shipping. I chose this option and got the camera IN 1 DAY! OUTSTANDING! Page obviously doesn't make profit from shipping charges. Very commendable.
