"It is so unfair that every customer but me looks satisfied with what customer service provided. I feel upset at the fact that my order has NOT been arrived yet, considering my order date is back to on June 11th, 2003. After three weeks that I ordered, I was noticed that there are some problems and I may be able to cancel my order or re-order it if I wish.
I did cancel my order by replying to their email. Unfortunately, Mr Denis Gorbonosov emailed me back that I could not cancel my order since they already sent me my package. I was impressed how quickly they dealed with their customer's request contrary to customer's desire; "they quickly sent me my order when I wanted to call it off"
But, I made my mind to receive it instead of refusing it and came to FedEx office to bring my package back home. Disappointingly enough, what Mr Denis Gorbonosov said was fake. He said that my order had been sent, but my 17" LCD was not included in the box. How come he can say that my package has been re-ordered and sent to me, by sending me an incomplete package?

Now I keep emailing them what I still need to receive almost everyday. What in the world am I doing as customer? Should a customer keep reminding sales representative or customer service of what he is supposed to receive?

"I ordered a 17" Viewsonic monitor from them after finding they had the cheapest price on priocegrabber.com. I checked their rating here and decided that I was safe in ordering from them. I did have some trouble using their web site as their checkout process was not working correctly. Item delivered to me 5/21/03 at 1PM in central Florida from their Miami warehouse by FEDEX ground. No sales tax. Their order page led me to a $50 rebate I did not know about. Scanner works fine. What's not to like?"
