"Ordered Antec Plus1080AMG. Wanted clarification from sales that a fan was installed in the side panel (Antec website ambiguous about this). Went back and forth three times with sales via e-mail (no 800 number) to try and get an answer (indicated I was interested in buying if it had the fan). Received no answer to the third e-mail and finally called long distance on my dime. If they weren't on the west coast (as I am), I would have ordered from the next good reseller for $6.00 more. In summary, good price but poor sales support. Possible indication of poor support overall given some of the prior posts."

"I have ordered from page for many years now and just received my latest order for a video card. This card was hard to find and they had it in stock. I have never had any major problems with page computers and am amazed at some of the negative feedback. Their pricing is good and I have even had to work with them on a damaged return once without issue. On this order it was sent USPS which seems to be slow compared to other
carriers, but the part arrived within a weeks time. My constructive comments to page are to work on the shipping status issue, I often receive shipments before they are noted as shipped on the website status screen. "

It is so user friendly, and so fast. All I needed was my email address and the order number, and I could instantly see that my order was not only shipped, but that it will be delivered today—a couple of days ahead of my expectations.

"I purchased a KonicaMinolta 2400 laser printer from Page based on the experience of 2 previous purchases (an lcd monitor and a digital camera). As before, Page had one of the lowest overall prices (item + s&h).
Ordered on Sunday 3/6/05 and received email promptly with my order number, etc. The printer was shipped Monday 3/7, and arrived 8:00 am Wed 3/9 with standard shipping (Fedex).
It doesn't get much easier than this. I'll buy from Page again."

"No problems. Shipment tracking seemed to take forever, but didn't affect shipment of order. The day tracking # appeared was the day that the package was due to arrive. Never actually received e-mail that tracking was available, had to keep checking order status for tracking #. Not a big problem, could be due to intercompany communication, whatever. I got my stuff at a great price in a resonable timeframe, that's all that counts."
