"I ordered a printer replacement part Wednesday afternoon, second-day air. Through the order status function on their website, it was promptly listed as shipped, with no tracking information available. I was skeptical and kept checking back for tracking information. I used their online customer service request to ask for a tracking number. I didn't hear back, but the item arrived Friday morning, which was fantastic. Shipping speed and price were super, but the availability of tracking information and customer service were poor."

It took me less than 5 mins to place the order. Got a confirmation email same day. Tracking email arrives next day. Product at my door day after that. Wow, and the best price to boot. Monitor looks great. Will buy again from this site."
"Very poor seller. Was drawn to them by low prices, but whatever few dollars I saved wasn't worth this hassle! Day after the order was placed (1/27), they charged my credit card and it went through. Status on order changed to In Process. On 1/29 charge posted to account. In the meantime, called on 1/29 for status, was told order was shipping out anytime. Called Thursday 1/30 for status, was told someone would call me back and they never did. On Friday 1/31, was told there was a problem with the shipping address and they hadn't verified with the credit card company until 1/30. That means it took FOUR, count 'em FOUR days for these people to verify a known good shipping address on my card. As of this afternoon I got word the item is shipping out on Monday (2/3), a full 8 days after the order was placed. The only thing saving the experience is that after enough complaining they are shipping it from a warehouse in the same state I am in, so it is only a 1 day delivery, which helps a bit. But every time I called in to this company I got a different story. Don't plan on placing an order here unless you are willing to wait and keep a sharp eye on the process."

"Ordered on 1/28/03. Page informed me on 1/29/03 that they could not process my Visa (unknown reason). I immediately gave them another credit card #, and told them if the item I ordered was not out of stock, inform me immediately and cancel the order so I could purchase the item elsewhere. They did not inform me until 1/31/03 that the item was out of stock. Furthermore, the item is now out of stock EVERYWHERE, so I can no longer purchase the item.

"Page Computer is very difficult to deal with if you have a problem. Just try to find a customer service phone number for them. They sent me a product damaged prior to shipping to me. When I complained (two days after receiving the item)by email, they told me to take it up with the manufacturer. I had to threaten legal action before they sent me an RMA. Still waiting for my credit after a month. They are ok if you have no problems- otherwise, you are in for one giant hassle."
"Recent purchase was very favorable experience. Though I saw some bad feedback here and other places and had concerns, Page shipped promptly and most of the items arrived even before I got a tracking number. There were no problems with the items, and the pricing was very good compared to other store offers.
We did inquire several times about the diff. items from customer service, and received a prompt and good response within a day or less, including status (since various items were sent from various locations). Wanted to be certain we would be here to receive the stuff when it was sched. to arrive.
Overall I'd rate them very highly based on this experience. We had bought from them before but not for several years. I will def. buy from them again. While the shipping was not free, the cost seemed reasonable and when you compared total delivered cost from Page to that of several very well known competitors, Page came out signif. better.
Despite my name being similar to theirs, I have no affiliation w/them other than being a very satisfied customer based on the last order.

"Very happy with purchase. I couldn't find a Canon i850 printer in my area, I ordered one from Page Computer on Jan 8th, got printer on Jan 9th. Plus, price was $25.00 less than everyone else. I will definately buy from them again."
