"I'm not sure how I stumbled across their sight while I was shopping for a digital camera but I am glad I did. Ordered Sunday night online, received at my door 11:00 Tuesday. Lowest price on the web plus lowest delivery price ($14.10 2 day)for a Kodak LS443. "

"Placed order on Sat 10/19. Received call from them telling me the item was out of stock on Mon 10/21 and to call them back on my voice-mail. Credit Card was charged on 10/21 even though item not in stock (showing manual processing). Called them on 10/22 and they tried to sell me a discontinued lower grade monitor for same price after an increased shipping fee. Told them no, cancel the order and credit my card for the charge they started. Card credited on 11/04 after much aggravation. They took more than a fair share of time to process the refunding of the money they manually charged my card even though they knew the item was not in stock. Nothing but bait and switch scammers as the item was listed as in stock on their site. Then even knowing and calling me to tell me the item was not in stock they MANUALLY charged my card in the hopes I would agree to the inferior substitute merchandise. I had been in touch with them numerous times since 10/22 and always got a run-around that eventually leads to a voice-mail that never got a call back. I had also sent them many unanswered email messages. It wasn’t until after I informed them that I had begun the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company and that I may take other legal action for the bait and switch tactics that they finally refunded my money."

"Great service. Ordered a Antec True380 on thursday night. Friday morning decided that I wanted the 430w that they had. Called them up Friday and asked to switch my order. They said the easiest way was to cancell my 1st order and place a second one. Placed new order and recieved it monday morning!!! Along with the 1st order already cancelled! Great service. Would purchase from them again."

"I sent them an RMA for $360 worth of product. We took a number of months to notice that they hadn't issued the credit (during an audit). They said that they had tried to, but that the credit card had been terminated. This was reasonble, since the credit card had been stolen. But they apparently only tried after about 10 months, and had no intention of really issuing credit. I sent them a valid credit card # on 8/14/2002. Still no credit, and now they don't answer my e-mails. So my only recourse is to broadcast a warning about dealing with them to the Net, the BBB, and the CA Attorney General. I'm doing that as loudly as possible. We'll see if they can be moved to do the right thing. Holding onto $360 of my money for over a year is not an acceptable business practice."

"This company sucks big time!!! Avoid at all costs. I have been a Network Engineer for 7 years now and I have to say that this is the most unorganized "company" I have ever dealt with.

Took for ever to give me my RMA, never confirmed my purchase and when it was time for them to refund my money, it took them ages.

Customer service sucks, people are not knowledgeable, techs are rude!

As I said, avoid at all costs! Trust the ratings, go with a company that has good ratings!!!

"I ordered a Sony ICD-BP-150 Voice Recorder for $98 less than a local merchant and nearly $50 less than the least expensive online merchant via NEXTAG and received it when expected with an $11 shipping cost (2nd day air). I've ordered a HP film scanner from them previously and had the same success. I don't know how they do it, but Page Computers has been one of the best shopping experiences I've had online. They answer questions quickly and honestly. I'd do business with them again without hesitation."

"I ordered an Orinoco BG-2000 from them online. I quickly received an automated e-mail when they received the purchase request. Also an e-mail with an UPS tracking number when it was shipped. No problems. WILL buy from again if the price is right."

"I ordered a Axis 2100 network camera. I searched for a low price and found these guys selling this for around $255. Emailed them asking if it was new or refurbished. Got quick response saying it is new. Ordered it from them. Everything went painlessly. Got the camera a few days later. Hooked it up and it worked out of the box. No problems at all. I would probably order from this company again if they had another product for which they had a low price that I cant find at newegg.com or elsewhere."

"Terrible customer service experience.
8/8 Ordered product. Ship 2-day. Credit card charged.
8/12 No delivery yet. I call to complain. They will look into it.
8/16 Still no return call from Page Computers. I call FedEx and they say they never picked up package.
8/20 There is a dispute between Page Computers and FedEx about whether the actually shipped the product. I did not receive it.
9/4 Anthony at Page Computers claims they will credit my card by 9/13 "at the latest".
9/13 No credit yet. I call Page and talk to May. They haven't started the refund process yet. She says she will do it today.
9/17 Still no credit. I call Page and speak to May and Eric. They claim refund takes 3-5 business days to reach my card company. I will believe it when I see it.
Nobody seems all that concerned that they have had my money almost six weeks, and I still have no product. I will never buy anything from Page Computers again.
9/24 Finally got the credit. Too late to earn my business again.

"ordered monitor online 9/02. Credit card debited on 9/3. No action on the order so I sent an email to investigate on 9/5. Received email 0n 9/9 that the order was cancelled. All the time the website listed the order as awaiting parcel carrier pickup. Customer service says that they don't what happened. Don't let this happen to you."

"I ordered a laser printer from Page Computers. Something was slightly wrong in their system, because I didn't receive an e-mail when the order was shipped, and most of the time their order status page was not working. I called them on the 6th and they said that it had been shipped, and read me off the tracking number. I checked on FedEx and it was due to arrive the same day, and it did. The person I talked to said he would call their programmer and tell him about the e-mail and site problems. Overall I would say I had a good experience with them and would order from them again."

"I ordered a Visioneer Photo Port 100 from these people.
The processing went well until they gave the credit card company the wrong info and so the order was refused because of credit.
I contacted my CC and they informed me of the problem. I since found out from their salesman that the item was not in stock. I
have tried for a solid week to cancel my order withou avail. I rate Page very low if your ordering a product that might be new or high tech.
They have refused to help me and caused me a lot of unnecessay follow up.

"Ordered a Nikon CoolPix 2500. Received a confirmation (automated e-mail) immediately. Next day I received a phone call that my card didn't go through. Gave them a new card number and received my camera within 2 days (as requested). I am completely satisfied with their service. Received everything in good shape within the time expected.
