You might want to look at their return policy though. It looks like they do all their communication by email. It came a lot faster then I thought it would so that is a plus."

They can't tell you where the order is shipped from, in order to anticipate the delivery date.
Customer service does not try to solve problems in a desirable fashion by upgrading shipping.

"Nightmare to deal with. Ordered a battery for a Sony Picturebook, first battery sent was defective. Asked for RMA, and two batteries sent instead of one. Have called and asked for a UPS call-tag which they say they will send so I can return the defective battery and the extra, and nearly a month later they have not sent it. Just finished speaking with their RMA department, who claims the call-tag will be sent "today or Monday."
On top of that, the laptop battery has only been through 10 charge cycles and is already at 70% wear. Considering the defective product, the mistake on the RMA, the inability to return the products, and the atrocious customer service I cannot recommend this vendor to anyone. Avoid at all cost."

Nov-29 Order reappeared on their web site.
Dec-02 No changes to the status
Dec-05 Called Customer support to confirm cancellation, was assured that the money will be refunded on Dec-10
Dec-11 Nothing happened. Called customer support, they transferred me to voice-mail of some Benedict.
Dec-12 Nothing happened. Called customer support, they transferred me to voice-mail of some Benedict. Left a voicemail asking about my refund....
Dec-13 No one called me back.
Dec-16 Refund finally appeared on my account.
...VERY FRUSTRATING.

I requested a tracking number, but received an answer that since the prduct was shipped from manufacturer, that they couldn't give me a tracking number.
