"The first order I placed with Page Computers contained separate bill-to and ship-to addresses. I was notified that my credit would have to be verified before shipping. The order was placed LATE on a Friday night, and shipped with Regular shipping. I had the item by noon on the following Tuesday. Now that's FAST. Page offers great prices and delivers fast. I highly recommend them!!"

"I sweated this order, after reading reviews, but their price was right, and I wasn't in that much of a hurry. Got instant email confirmation, but that was the last correspondence. All other order status was only found on their site under "My Account", and was nearly useless.

Order was in limbo for days until it was finally "Invoiced". Sat like that more days until it was "Shipped". That's when I was finally able to get a tracking number, which showed package as delivered!

"Purchased the items on August 4 2006.....Two of the four items were defective.....It is now October 10, 2006.....still no refund or replacement!
It is my opinion that this company has no customer service! You can call the telephone number listed, however, you will be on hold forever, and just to prove the point, I had their customer service on hold, on speaker phone for 4 hours and 20 minutes, with no answer.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, PASS UP THEIR PERCEIVED " GOOD PRICE" AND GO WITH A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST!

"I ordered a Sony Vaio laptop from this company because the price was pretty decent and the website listed in bold letter "In Stock". I should have paid attention to some of the other reviewers. They cancelled my order saying they had no stock, yet lo and behold, when I return to the website now they still have it listed in pretty bold letters "IN STOCK". I would rather spend a few dollars elsewhere on a more reputable and honest company. "

"Same song and dance as the people who posted before me. Found a great price on Lexar CF cards and ordered one... Earlier today, I checked on the order and it showed it was on hold... and a few hours later, I received and email saying my order was canceled because they were backordered. Okay, I think, but then I go back to the site, and voila! They're still for sale, for a dollar CHEAPER now, and it says they're available... I emailed the company back to ask why the site says they have them in stock, but of course, no response. Find someone else... Received confirmation email. 2 days later, checked order status; it was on hold, and product was no longer showing as available. Unable to reach anyone via phone due to long hold times. Later that day, received an email stating that product was back-ordered, and they were going to cancel my order. Fine, no problem. Went back to the website, and found the product once again showing as available."

"I placed an order for a CF card that I will admit was probably erroneously priced (way too low) on their website.
They sent an email the next day to cancel the order - which I can live with.
But instead of being honest and saying that the listed price was a typo/error, they went out of their way to insist that the item was out of stock.
If they will go to such lenghts to lie about this, I would be very wary in dealing with them in the future."
