"Website: easy to use.

Prices: as good as anyone's.

Got confirming phone call from a nice young kid, he didn't try to sell me anything extra, just confrimed the order.

Order shipped in 2 days and was received in good shape and as expected.

Only bad thing was no confirming email with a tracking number. I had to send an email to their customer service for that, but they responded promptly.

All in all, pretty good. I'm satisfied.

"I ordered an HP laptop on Thursday Aug 17th. I paid extra for 2 day UPS delivery. I checked the site on Friday and saw that my order was on hold. I tried to use the IM feature to talk to a rep but it wasn't working or they were too busy. I sent an email to customer service and checked with my credit card company. My card had been charged successfully so I didn't get why my order was on hold. I played phone tag and email tag with their reps all day Friday and again on Monday. I finally got through on the phone and they had someone else call me back. By then I was furious as the laptop was a birthday present for my girlfriend and the party was on Tues the 22nd. I expressed my anger to the rep and she told me that all orders over 1000.00 had to be confirmed with the customer. She was very sorry. I told her that we had missed the birthday party now so I wanted the 2 Day shipping changed back to ground and the difference refunded. She did that and called back to confirm the refund. The next day the laptop showed up FEDEX in time for the party. At their expense for the expedited shipping. So for me everything worked out fine. There were some tense moments but they did the work and hit the deadline. So I am going to buy from them in the future.

Thanks to Grace and Sarah at Page for making it happen and taking the bull by the horns. I was very pleasantly surprised

"I ordered a laptop from Page Computers after researching who to buy a HP from. Page had the cheapest prices. After ordering the unit online a rep e-mailed me the next day with a slight credit card discrepency. I did not answer so they e-mailed me again. This time I answered and everything was cleared, however they went even further to ensure that the credit card was being used by the user. Almost unheard of in my experiences. Once everything was cleared up the computer was shipped and I received it within two business days. Upon openning the box, I discovered a laptop better than I could have imagined. Thank You Page Computers for the secure, timely and professional transaction."

"Do not order from this vendor. I have waited 10 days, the item has not shipped. I have called them 3 times and been on hold for an hour. I have tried countless chat sessions to find out what the problem is, but they log out when I ask. I just found out today, finally, that they don't even have my product and don't know when they will get it. Word to the wise - don't, under any circumstances, deal with this vendor."

"VERY SATISFIED!
I was apprehensive from the other resellerrating reviews, but I ordered an Acer 17in LCD anyway for best price shipped anywhere. ( on 7-31-06)
Not only did I receive it ground shipped in only 3 days, but it was DOUBLE BOXED which nobody does anymore (buy.com/newegg- grrr)
Website can be a little slow at times, but the service is FAST and cheap.

"This company has some amazing prices, but at the cost of horrid Customer Service, horrid delays, and very slow processing and shipping. Ordered a TV mount on the 26(Wed). Called Friday to find out where it is, Rep told me it was shipping out that day. Tried online chat on Monday to get tracking number. Was told my item was out of stock and they just got it in, I told them to cancel I would order elsewhere, they said they promise someone would call today and they were going to expedite the order. No, call so Tuesday I try the online chat and Darleen basically ignores me, so I call again, wait on hold for 20 minutes to find out that they are still waiting to hear from the warehouse. I told the rep if I didn't get a tracking # by 6, I was going to call my CC and have them delcline any charges. Needless to say I had an email before 6 with a UPS tracking #."

"I order a x1900xt video card on july 25th for $341 and paid $19.70 for 2 day shipping, I ask if i would get the order by friday the 28th since i paid for 2 day shipping they said it shouldn't be a problem. after taking a couple days to get a tracking number from them, I looked the order up, it said they sent it Ground UPS and Estated deliver was Aug 2nd. I tryed to contact them, after being on hold for 15 mins i was disconnect, i called back and the same thing happened again, i then tryed the online live chat, after tell them what happened in the chat, they said hold 1 min, after 10-12 min and no reply the chat window timed out. so I had to call them again, about 15 min on the phone before i talked to someone. Then they said they would look into cause the didn't know if it was their fault of the warehouse, NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!"

"I purchased a XFX GEFORCE 6800XTREME 512MB (PVT42KYDF3) from them. They had the best price, as concerned as I was with all the negative feedback here I tried them.

I had a few questions that were easily addressed by the interactive online support (on 7/6/06) - one of which to make sure they had one IN STOCK (as the quantity said low levels). I then accidently gave them the wrong credit card. They called ME that night to request a valid number. I told them I wasn't comfortable giving out that info to someone that called me, they provided me with a number I could call back that Customer Service Rep. No problem there.. I call her back and gave her the updated information

The following day no update on the order status on the website, I contacted the live support again and they said it will be going out on that day. Another 24 hours pass, and no update on the website (and it was the weekend.) The following monday I was going to contact them again as the website never was updated with any sort of "shipped" or shipping info... and my video card arrived.

I was pleasently suprised as to the speed of delivery. I think in a way most of us have become spoiled in the up to the minute updates on vendor's websites.

If you need instant feedback on the status of your order, you might want to look elsewhere. If you're looking for a sweet deal on retail hardware. I'd recomend Page Computers. The only difficulty I had was occasionaly it was hard to reach an online rep to speak to. I'd wait over 10minutes or longer, and sometimes have to write an email. (which would be answered in 24+ hrs)

"Ordered a Cisco network switch on 7/19/06 and paid $46 for 2-day shipping. Have still not seen device. Used their live online support, who confirmed that it did indeed ship. Standard ground. Instead of having it Friday, I now will not have it til tomorrow (7/25), which co-incidentally is a day too late.

Asked for a refund on my 2-day shipping fee and was told it will be looked into.

Unquestionably my last purchase from this outfit.

"Ordered parts for a customer from Page Computers. Order status has read "on hold" sicne being placed early Wednesday morning and no one there can tell me why. Online support has disconnected me several times and I was left waiting on hold on the phone. They charged my CC right away though :-(

This will be my last order with these people. They can't be counted on to ship the order when they say they will.

Update: I had to cancel the order as it hadn't shiiped after a week of waiting for them!!!

"This store is staffed with professional LIARS.

Placed an order for a videocard which was supposed to be available for immediate shipping according to the information on their website.

1 week later, I call them to find out where is the order. They reply that they have shipped the item but will have the tracking number only the next day.

I call them the next day. The same reply. And on the next day.

Finally, after 4 days of being told that the item has been shipped, they say that it was never shipped! And that, in fact, they will never ship it since they don't have it.

12 days wasted!

And why lie all this time?
