"Beware. I ordered items from this store. No change in order after 72hrs except they charged my credit card. There is no one answering the phones for customer service. There is no one answering the link to customer service chat. There have been no less than 3 attempts at emails with no response. I am patient when it comes to ordering on line but after 72 hours I expect an update on my shipmnet. This place does not even answer their sales order phone number. They may not be in business any longer!"

"Good experience. Ordered a camcorder battery and tapes on Saturday 04/29. Tracking numbers were on the website by late Monday. Items shipped seperately with battery arriving on Wednesday and the tapes arriving 2 days later. Based on the ratings and feedback, I was a bit wary of ordering but the savings were worth the gamble to me."
"Absolutely the WORST online experience I have had! I believe this company is a fraud and am reporting them to the BBB.
On April 6, I placed an order online. I followed up on the order on April 7 by phone and was informed that the projector mount was shipping that day (April 7) and the tracking information would be available later. I checked it regularly and it said that the package was never picked up. On April 11, it was updated with that date, but still never picked up. I called several times to Page Computers and was informed that they have problems with the shippers that they use and that it was out of their hands and to check with the Post Office. After 3 weeks, the mount still hadn't shown up and I called again. Now the item is out of stock (I don't believe they ever had it!). I was given the option of waiting for it to come in or get a refund. It's now May 4, still no refund and no product!
As I said at the beginning, this is the WORST online purchase experience I have ever had. I am a purchasing agent and do well over 500 transactions a year online."

"The worst customer serive you can find on the web. Ordered a $2,000 film scanner. Product was listed as in stock. Then they gave a song and dance that they needed to speak to me in person an verify some things. I returned their message right away and then they told me they are now out of stock. I should clarify... they sat around and did nothing for days and when I called them to find out why it hadn't arrived they said, oh yes, it's now no longer in stock.
Despite their policy which states they don't charge the credit card before the product ships -- they do! In fact, they charged me and no intention of shippping the scanner for weeks.
Save yourself some time. Spend the extra money and buy from Amazon. A complete waste of time and hassle dealing with such frauds. "
"Here’s an e-mail I sent to Page Computers: “You guys are the best! I've ordered two products from you in the past two weeks, one which I need to return. I've received my RMA already (which I got 2 or 3 days after requesting it...very good). But I'm so very impressed by your order processing. On both recent orders, I paid for two day shipping, wanting to get the orders as quickly as possible. In BOTH cases, I actually DID receive my order in 2 days! Sounds silly to be happy about that, but most online sites say "two day shipping" and then you find out that's AFTER a 2 or 3 day period "to process the order", which means you don't get your item for a week or more! What a scam that is! You guys ACTUALLY DELIVER what you promise, and that is THE REASON I ordered my second most recent item (the Creative Zen player) from you instead of someone else. I wanted to "reward" you with my business since I had receive my first order (the Archos player) in two days, and then received no problems from you when I needed to return it. You guys are on the top of my list for ordering electronics! I'll always come to you first from now on, and you have only yourselves to thank for that. I hope you share my comments not only with your management but with your order processing and shipping departments. They need to know that they've done a great job and that they have helped you secure a "customer for life"! All involved with my orders deserve great praise! "I order a Network Drive from them taht was bad call the tech of the manufacture, and the confirmed the drive was bad. Called Page Computers and told them the drive was bad and they give me a n RMA number 2 weeks after I made my request, and then knowing the Drive was defective they charged me a restocking fee so for a 188.00 Drive I paid 199.00 and received a 160.00 back, not only they would work with when I wanted to have the drive replace a difference drive, they said I have get a refund and order the difference drive they would exchange one for the other. I think way of doing business is very very bad and will never buy from them again"

"I ordered a computer case on Saturday April 1st. and I paid TOP Dollar for the shipping. It arrived April 4th broken in the box without any external damage to the box. I was told by their customer service it will take TWO days to process an RMA and then another 10-12 days for my return.
I was also told that if I requested my money back I would have to pay for shipping and a 10% restocking fee!
This is one company that I WILL NEVER deal with again!!!! POOR MERCHANT!!!!! Buyer BEWARE!"
"I placed an order online on Thursday, March 30, 2006 for 3 day delivery. I checked the status of the order on the following Monday and saw that the order had been cancelled. I have been unable to contact the company by phone or email and have received no explanation for the cancellation.
On April 6, I finally received an email saying that the item was no longer available. Although quite slow in responding, they did eventually come through. Regardless, I will not be buying from them in the future."
