"They had the best price on a digital camera I wanted for a trip, so I ordered it. A week later, it's still not shipped. Supposedly it was bieing held up by the manufacturer. I called sales to ask if the product was available to ship that day and they said yes. So I asked why, then, have I been waiting a week for my camera to be shipped. The guy stalled long enough for their online chat to time out. So I called them and spoke with someone else. He transferred me to a voice mailbox. Yeah, right. He kept telling me that it would ship that day and I should have it by the end of the week. I reminded him of the shipping times and he said not to worry about it. He 'guaranteed' it would be here. So I called customer service and waited on hold for 15 minutes before I could talk to anyone. SHe said esentially the same thing.
I'm disgusted that they know a customer is upset by an unreasonablly long delay and they LIE. That's poor customer relations. So it took a week for them to ship my camera, and it should be here on Monday, not Friday as they promised.
Next time, I'll spend the extra $10 and buy from a reputable seller."
"Yesterday I got my scanner. Fedex screw'd the delivery. And after many phonecalls, my package was traced.
Still, Page computer should send packages with proof of delivery.

My worst online shopping experience. I bought a scanner, the status remained at 'invoicing' for 8 days, and when tracking number came up - it said that its already delivered, and to top it, there is no signature delivery service requested - how can someone ship a product without a proof of delivery?????
I spent a considerable sum of money, and till now, I have not got my scanner."
"I ordered business phones for my new business on the 10th. They charged my account immediately and have yet to ship the product. They don't respond to emails requesting an update. Their customer service phone lines have at least an hour wait. You can't contact anyone else at their offices. They don't update their web site with shipping information. I am wondering if this is a viable business. I'm concerned that I'll open my business without phones. Do not order from this site!"
"Let me just start off by saying, Im very imopressed with this online retailer. Page Computer and Newegg.com are probably the best two online shopping sites for PC enthusiasts. I ordered this product on a Monday, recieved it on Friday afternoon. The product I had ordered was a Big Typhoon 4-in-1 CPU cooler made by TT (ThermalTake). Now, I checked newegg.com cause they usually have good prices, I was shocked to see it for 60 bucks (believe me, its worth it) after going through pricegrabber.com, I saw Page Computer had it for 35 bucks. S/H brought it to like 44 bucks. Not a bad deal and 25 bucks cheaper than anywhere else I saw it. Customer service kept in contact with me the whole way (Thank you Martha and Nicole) Email was answered very quickly and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They even offer a free 3 month extended warranty!!!! How can you go wrong with that. I will definately be ordering more from them in the future. Great prices, fast shipping, awesome customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"I ordered 2 Mobo's and received them the next day. The quick delivery may have everything to do with them being a half hour drive from me (the warehouse), but apart from the tracking status never updating on the web, I had no problems. But i suppose there was really no need to update the tracking info in my case.
Update: 0 problems with either motherboard as of yet. Page did right by me.

"They seem to have the best overall prices on the internet. The only problem seems to be that they take a while to ship. I suspect they ship direct from the manufacturer, as opposed to keeping stock on hand. I ordered several items (20'' widescreen, dual monitor stand, keyboard, and some other stuff); the monitor showed up in three days, but the keyboard took over a week to arrive. If you absolutely need something in two days, order from Newegg. If you want to save some money and don't need it right away, order from Page."

She told me that they have contacted me the same the i placed my order via email. "I recently oredered a 2Gb Kingston DataTraveller II from PageComputers. The price was unbeatable, only $55 + $8 for shipping. As soon as I ordered the product, I received a confirmation email with instructions to track my order. I only have one semi-negaitve comment for them: the order status remained at "received" for four days. This is like an eternity for online purchases. However, on the 5th day, not only did I receive the Fed Ex tracking number and a "shipped" email, but it actually arrived that day. So, I don't know what the mix-up was, but it is possible this was due to the carrier rather than the vendor.
