"I purchased a replacement friction hinge for my camper door. I looked all over the web including Amazon but could not find a matching hinge until I found one on PARTS VIA.com the website showed the exact hinge I was looking for, but when I received it it was the wrong part. After several emailed back and forth I finally found a phone number and contacted them direct. They could not find the part so they had me contact Lippert the manufacturer. Well lo and behold the part is no longer made, and hasn’t been for several years. So I was told to return the part for a full refund using UPS. I had to buy a UPS Package to ship it for $3.75 and Parts VIia won’t pay the cost because they said I should have used the package it was shipped in. Well they don’t ship it to you direct and Hitch Corner didn’t give me the shipping container so how am I supposed to return it in the original package if I never got it. So I’m out $3.75 what a sham… BAD BAD BAD…"

Sadly, although the PartsVia specified this as a "pick up your order at the distributor" location, when it came to checkout, I had to pay for shoipping to this same dealer, as the selection at the cart was less than half of the ones offered when shopping, and rather than free shipping, it was ~$30. 2.5 stars so far."
