Once again Performance PC's delivered. I ordered the Ultima90 CPU cooler for my sisters PC on Thursday June 12th and received it today, Saturday June 14th. Shipping was via 2-3 day USPS. The tracking was a bit difficult but that was because of the USPS not updating the tracking info. Performance PC's obviously got my order processed and shipped the same day it was placed and that's something I expect from e-tailers for return customers. They just keep doing the right thing.

These guys (and gals?) were great! I finally broke down and ordered the Silverstone TJ09-B case I've been eyeing for almost a year now. They had my card processed and the case out the door in no time. Then UPS decided to "lose" my case in transit. According to their website an empty box showed up (right!). Anyway once they notified Performance-PCs they'd cover the initial case cost another one was shipped out the same day. Someone at UPS must have felt bad because I've never received anything so fast (3 days). It took them almost a full 36 hours to realize there was an "exception" on the first shipment. Which of course is just a nice way of saying they lost it; or someone decide they needed that case more than I did. The second case arrived in like 3 days even though I only paid for ground. I've had loads of issues with UPS but I will say they redeemed themselves with the speedy delivery of the replacement case. As for Performance-PCs, couldn't have asked for better. They emailed me right away that there was a problem with my order during shipment and were very responsive to my phone calls and emails. I will definitely use them again."

"Good prices, the S&H is cheap and fast. They ship the same day(weekdays) and the best for me, and my friends they ship to Puerto Rico via USPS. I tried others similar sites (six of them to be exactly) but this is the best. I like pc modding and performance-pcs.com is and will be my site to shop mod parts and other PC stuff. " I contacted this company just on the off chance to ask if they stocked a certain item and if not whether they could order one in for me. They acted upon my request immediately, and after contacting their supplier regarding delivery and the cost of the item they (PPCs) discovered that they did in fact have the item in stock. Not only did this news mean that I would not have to wait 40 days for their supplier to send the item to them, the price they quoted me for the item was the best I have ever seen - beating the next cheapest online store by $10 and the only other online store which stocks the product by $49.99!
I ordered the item immediately along with some other products and they granted my request to ship certain items separately so that I would avoid paying VAT and import duties, etc.
And then to top it off the goods arrived duty free in the UK within seven days! Great stuff!
I can recommend this company 100% and will continue to shop there. This was my 15th order at this store, I have spent over $1200 so far on products and services they have on offer because the specialised range of products they stock is simply unbeatable.
Also, they are very quick to reply to emails and have been very helpful in providing information to assist me in modding my computers.
I cannot fault this company one bit! LOL I only wish they had a UK store!"

"This is a very good retailer. The whole purchase transaction felt like top quality; like I was doing business with a very good retailer. I received what I ordered in a very timely manner. Very efficient is the sense I get. I didn't buy much, for my first order, but I most certainly will be doing more and more business with Performance-PCS. They also have a great selection of products and some that none of the other well-established retailers carry or are always out of stock on.

"Ordered Zalman 9500 LED cooler. CPU contact plate was badly warped. Others have reported this problem on NewEgg.com in the past but I felt that Zalman had probably addressed the problem. I reported this and asked for an RMA (RETURN)

Performace PC's asked how I determined the problem. I replied. They then offered to "inspect and replace IF warped". I replied, asking if they would either offer a refund or inspect the replacement cooler themselves before shipping to insure that it was flat. They replied that "They did not have time for this" and to "let them know" (if I would be returning the cooler for inspection. I would probably have recieved another warped cooler from a bad manufacturing lot. If you are a system assembler and have high standards for your components, you will get a bad one occasionally.

If you just put stuff together once in awhile, you probably would not have caught this critical flaw.

Avoid this vendor, regardless of the ratings."

I ordered a large variety of items and not a single quantity was wrong, or a single item left out. They packed everything well and even threw in a free sleeved PSU switch (whether it was by accident or intentional, who knows).
