Was able to purchased with my credit card even though I was from Canada, got a email reply when I asked about paying through credit even though I wasn't from the States. Would definately buy from again. Only thing that I disliked was thatI still got hit with duties, which surprised me as I've purchased many times before from US stores without having to pay Duties. Don't know why I had to this time. I love how they sleeve all your cables for you. Really good prices, good quality sleeving, they don't skimp on the sleeving either. Would definately buy from again. "The following is an email I sent to thank Performance-PCs regarding my order. I had them modify a Lian-Li 6070B PlusII. There were some upgrades on this model that weren't apparent on the website.....
Man, I am impressed to say the least. I got a call at home this morning
from James regarding my order. He was very nice to point out the new
changes in the Lian-Li 6070 and just what I should expect to receive. He
asked very specific questions about what I had planned for the case and
where I had planned to place things I had ordered.
Talk about custom work.....We also had a conversation about an overage on my
payment; this was applied to shipping and James arranged for me to have
three day shipping on my order.
Look.....you cant buy this kind of personal attention to detail.....He even
called me back this afternoon to let me know the order was ready for
shipment.
You guys treated me like I ordered 3000 dollars worth of stuff instead of 300.
Needless to say.....from now on, I'm going to check your site first for
anything I need.......
I still cant get over the extra care I got with my order today.
James called my house twice to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They even installed items in the case that I had planned on just being sent to me separately. I had called the Friday before to ask questions and each was answered with courtesy and the advice was spot on.
Simply put, I was treated like someone who was a premium customer, not just a guy making an order. I cant say enough about the quality treatment I was given.

"This is my second time dealing with Performance-PCs, and I can say nothing bad about them. Both times I've delt with them have been great!
First time, I was wondering about a product that wasn't instock, received an email from Hank Baron, great guy to deal with, he notified me immidiately when it came in, as well as had an ETA of when that was going to be.
(Oh ya, did I mention they have top quality sleeving jobs?)
Next order was of a few water cooling supplies. Unfortunetaly, one of the things I ordered was actually out of stock, but I was contacted right away notifiying me (the site changed as well, they're on the ball), and I was refunded the price, and some of the shipping, no problem.
Great people to deal with, good shipping options internationally, and have no annoying problems shipping to me like some other stores do.

"Great experience! i needed a few parts for a build that was 2 days away. i ordered at noon (3pm their time)on a wednesday, they shipped it the same afternoon and it got here on friday (FL to CA!). I used USPS which was their cheapest option ($8).
The store is well organized with an awesome selection for PC customization and modding. Couldnt be more satisfied.

The staff in Performance-PCs.com threatens me to blacklist me, sending my personal information to all major online resellers, only because I have left them a negative rating.
You are satisfied with their service? But when you have problems with your order, expect to have ridiculous response.
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND READ THE BELOW BEFORE BUYING FROM PERFORMANCE-PCS.com. THERE ARE MANY BETTER SHOPS OUT THERE, WHY PAY MONEY AND GET RUDE UNHELPFUL REPLIES WHEN YOUR ORDER IS HAVING PROBLEMS?? AND THEY WILL EVEN EXPOSE YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS TO THE PUBLIC!!
I don't really cared about money, I bought $43 items, 2.0 lbs in weight, paid $34 shipping just wanted to get it fast, and it took 6 days (GEM usually takes 3-4 days) to arrive. I wrote to complain and gets very rude replies, and their staff even tried to bribe me for a full shipping refund, to have their review changed. Delayed delivery time, high shipping cost, all no problem. It was their crappy attitude, rude replies, unhelpful staff whose ruining this company.
This company, if you post a negative review, they will first try to bribe you with fake refunds, USPS will not do refunds, and yet their staff sent me an email telling me they would be able to get me a shipping refund, I ignored it simply because the problem is no longer the money, it was their attitude on how to treat their customers. They never tried to be nice until I left a negative review. Their staff is changing their faces every other minute.
ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP, there are many many good shops out there, why pay money and get your name and address exposed? And this shop is obviouly running by a non-educated childish guy.
Their staff posted my name and residential address right here at the Resellerratings, but I have already filed several complaints and will definitely follow up with the authorities. Possible scam and spam, if you shop with this company. Luckily I paid with Paypal, otherwise unexpected things might happen.
Please, shop with other better shops. I bought Prometeia, Vapochill, watercooling, from all over the world, this is the worse kind of shop you can encounter in your lifetime, AVOID IT."
"These guys are awesome. I purchased a number of computer accessories from them and the quality speaks for itself. I was extremely happy with the entire transaction. Even when i found there was a slight mistake with my order it was cleared up and they sent out the correct cable and told me to keep the old one. Overall, a terrific experience and I would highly recommend them for pc needs."
"My experience with this reseller has been fairly good. I got what I ordered, and it was packed adequately as it should be. Shipping was decent considering it was the cheapest I could get by USPS (3 days).
Although the prices are fairly decent, I'd have to say I didn't purchase from Performance-PCs because of that, but because a different reseller with lower prices was out-of-stock of what I was looking for, and Performance-PCs just happened to have it in stock with the next best prices as well as a good reputation.
Basically, I got what I expected,so if I ever need other things, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Performance-PCs.

"Another purchase, another great experience. The items I ordered around noon to 1PM, was processed, and shipped on the same day. I received the shipping update and tracking number (2 emails) within hours of ordering. This store has really earned my trust. Furthermore, I was shipped some extra stuff and so I emailed the owner to offer to ship it back. He promptly emailed me telling me to keep it. That is very nice. Together, with my June purchases (3 total now), I can say this about this store:
1. Very trustworthy.
2. Excellent customer service as emails to the store will get replies back from the owner himself.
3. Excellent turn-around time. Orders get processed and shipped within the same day (at least for me). You also get constant email updates of your order status.
4. Very fast shipping and also the packaging is impeccable.
5. The inventory is huge. For a modding junkie like myself, this store is a candy store...too bad my wallet will not like it so much as despite the very good pricing, I seem to find things to purchase there.
6. The sleeving is awesome. Any cable that requires sleeving is done very professionally.

I received the Turbo-Cool 510 Metallica PSU this morning and opened it like a child on the morning of December 25th. This is the most substantial PSU I have ever seen, period. You use #14 gauge stranded copper in the line cord which is rated at 15 amps 120VAC. Most cords are #18 stranded. Right there, I know you mean business. The weight of the unit, the shielding, and the way you divide circuits for equal load distribution is exceptional. I can not wait to install it. Again, thank you for all your help and advice, and I am anxious to pass your web site on to friends and colleagues. In a world of mass-mediocrity, you and your firm are very, very refreshing.
