"I have placed 2 orders with Performance-PCs.com in the last 6 months. They are amazing! In both cases my orders were packed and shipped within an hour and a half. That's right, 1 1/2 hours. I have never had another vendor match that type of speed. I received confirmation emails when my order was placed and I received a tracking number when it was shipped. Both orders arrived in perfect condition and relatively quickly. I noticed that when they ship an order, someone initials that they checked the package against the invoice and then it is inspected and initialed by someone else to ensure accuracy. However, on a few items I have been shopping for, they were not competitive. On both orders, I ordered water cooling parts. "Living in Australia it can be difficult to find high end computer gear like custom modded cases etc. In particular there is no one I know of Downunder that offers custom sleeving service for power supplies. I hence was very pleased to discover whilst surfing online that Performance PCs provided these services and ship internationally.

Over the past couple of years I've ordered 3 custom sleeved PSUs, a custom modded case and numerous cables, case accessories and peripherals from this store. On every occasion I've been very satisfied with the quality of the products and services that are offered there. Their prices are reasonably competitive too. Hank and his friendly staff are true pros and respond to queries within hours if not minutes where other stores can typically take days to get back to you if at all! They also process their orders quickly and shipping was fast too.

But I believe the true test of a vendor's worth is when something goes wrong. This happened in my most recent purchase when the acrylic window on my custom modded Lian Li V1100 case arrived cracked, damaged in transit. Not only did Hank offer to replace the window free of charge (including free shipping to Australia) but he also gave me a discount on another product as well.
