"Well, after waiting for the prescribed time I finally got my Sony DSLR-A900, I was a little apprehensive when Photo Loon posted to my credit card account days before shipping the product, but after a call to CS, I gave them the benefit of doubt and waited patiently a few more days and they notified me it was shipped and included a tracking #. In total it took five business days (7/9 – 7/15). Customer Service needs to work on phone etiquette and be polite and helpful at all times no matter how frustrating a customer is and remember buy their very title they are to perform “Customer Service” calmly. "I am very happy with the Sony Handycam that I ordered and very happy with the quality of the service from Photoloon including the website, email notifications and shipping. My only complaint is the camera case that I received with my order has already broken having only used it a few times. The zipper pulls are so thin that they broke in my fingers when pulling the zipper closed. It was a "free" accessory included with my purchase but it still swayed my buying decision so I hoped for a better quality case. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience and I will shop at Photoloon again but will be leary of any free accessories. "

"After a patchy start, they really came through strong in the end. The price was great, but then after ordering it online, for some reason they insist on having you call them to give a verbal confirmation of your order. When I called them, the salesperson did not answer. I left a message, but no one called me back in 2 days. When I called them back again, they said that the order would go out the following day (now a few days later than I'd expected). I didn't get an email confirming shipment had left until 5 business days after I placed the order. This frustrated me because it said that orders shipped in 1-2 days. Frustrated, I sent an email complaining. To my delight, I not only received an apology email but also the camera arrived (brand new, great product) the following morning. PhotoLoon had paid for it to come overnight. So in the end I received my camera 6 days after I ordered it, which was within the free shipping timeframe that was initially estimated. Thus, despite a frustrating couple days, it all worked out well in the end. The camera is fantastic and the price was unbeatable!"
