"I ordered a Canon DSLR from Photoloon in early spring. I used Photoloon because they were the lowest-priced supposedly reputable company selling the camera kit that I wanted.
First the positive things: the camera came in less than half the time advertised, and the shipping was free. The camera is new, undamaged, and works perfectly.
Now for the negatives. After completing our order online,the camera was not shipped until after a phone call to confirm the order and try to sell us more equipment. The camera came without warranty cards, which leads us to believe that this may be a gray-market camera! The first call to Photoloon resulted in a promise to look for the warranty cards and send them; we never received any. The camera also came without the included free case. Photoloon did take care of this problem, but only after 2 phone calls."
