"Needed a pool pump seal . Pool supplies Canada had it in stock, at a great price, & shipped super fast. Ordered Tuesday at 5:44pm and it was delivered Thursday morning!

"We bought and receive a solar cover in October 2020 and when we get the box we haven’t opened it until June 2021. When we open the box we saw that some bubbles were not inflated (default from the manufacturer). We contacted the customer service and they proposed to send another one but we had to cut the one we have and pay an extra 92$ to get a new one so at the end we need to pay 1 1/2 the price to get a good solar cover! Even if this issue is a default of the manufacturer… we are very disappointed by the quality and service received! I don’t recommend this supplier for solar cover! "

Found one on Poolsupplies.ca, ordered it and had it was delivered quickly. It i snow installed and we can enjoy our pool again!

"I ordered a Hayward Pool Heater , the exact same model as I currently had to be replaced. When my pool heater contractor arrived he called Hayward to confirm that they could switch the inlet valves on the heater as was done on the older unit. Hayward advised that they changed the design in the last 12 months and this feature was no longer available BUT they did did not change the Model # ????
SO I had to return the Hayward heater and order a heater from a different mfg that had this ability to switch the inlet valves.
So Pool Supply Canada charged me $250 for return freight and a $387 re-boxing fee ( $637 total ) and the Heater was never un-packaged !
The issue stemmed from Pool Supply Canada not specifying on their website that this Model had changed ( though the model # was the same )
So I got stuck with a $637 bill "

"Do not order anything from this company as they ship defective products and will not take responsibility for the defects. This was my first and only time I will order anything from them. I ordered a solar blanket for my above ground pool. it arrived almost two weeks after the promised date of the last week of May, but I could understand that as all shipping is taking longer due to the Covid - 19 virus . I cleaned, filled and opened my pool and put the cover on right out of the package. The weather here in B.C. was not overly warm, so the pool was not used. Approx 5 days after I put the cover on, I noticed that there was what appeared to be an air bubble had developed under the solar cover, and there was some kind of Brown mold on the under side. I pulled the cover off, and tried to wash it off, as recommended in the care guide, using water, a soft sponge and a mild detergent. I was only able to remove about half of the mold. The mold did not appear anywhere else in my pool, either in the water or on the sides. Only on the solar cover. I contacted Pool Supplies Canada., explaining the problem. After a week, they responded back asking for pictures which I sent They responded back again almost after a week, and advised me to clean the cover as advised in the care guide. I replied back that I had, and that as the product had arrived defective I wanted it replaced. They responded back that it was not covered under the warranty. I have sent them two additional E-mails since and have not received any response from them in almost a week."
