"I bought an above ground pool from them last year and on the page where you buy the pool, they brag about their space saving buttress free pool and I quote: For example, a 15x30 FT oval pool with buttresses requires 21x30ft once installed. A 15x30 ft buttress-free oval only requires only 15x30ft. You save 180 square feet of yard space, or have enough room for a larger pool!.
Based on this false advertisement, I bought the largest pool that could fit in my backyard, a 12x24 oval. Guess what, the 12x24 pool that should be buttress free and 12x24 as advertised is actually 15'-9''x 23' - 5 1/2'' because it has buttresses. I didn't have space for a 16x24 ft pool. I had to get multiple loads of fill delivered, spread and compacted multiples times because I now had to fill a cliff which added about 1000$ on the whole project. As per the instruction you're not supposed to install your pool on fill because it could collapse. I contacted them, I had to argue with them and they finally send that I could send them back the pool that I had already unpacked, repackage it and pay for the shipping myself to send it back, about 600$ and pay for a restocking fee.
So this false advertisement cost me 1000$ extra and they refused to help in anyway claiming it was my mistake, bad customer service. If it would have correctly been advertised I would have bought a smaller pool. I have screen shots of the false advertisement page.

Also the instruction aren't great they are generic instruction of an older model of pool."

I just received a leaf net however and with my above ground pool and wood deck surround the wire and metal clinch don't really work. I had to come up with my own scenario for securing the net. I used a Lag Eye Bolt screwed into my deck and Quick Link attachment which hopefully will do the job but I wish Pool Supplies had come up with a solution for this particular setup.

When contacting pool supplies, they would not give a refund and made me out to be lying. I even offered to return to them for them to test themselves. "In the past 2 years ordered over $1600 of pool parts and supplies. Last order was for a pool skimmer weir door $13.99 plus shipping. Received and found it was the wrong size. All I wanted was the correct one. Service said send it back for a $15 fee then buy a new one and pay for shipping again. No help from service, the said you bought it online so it was my problem. The replacement was even less $8.99 but I still had to pay for shipping.
