"I may be writing this review prematurely because I only just placed the order this morning but I'm afraid that in my busy life I won't remember to come back and do this later. I can't speak to the delivery of the product yet but I can speak to the customer service experience.

When I called in, Anne transferred me to Donald, who proceeded to spend a full hour explaining all of the considerations one should make when building a gaming laptop. He was very well versed in all aspects of the build. He took time to share some amusing anecdotes and was just overall very friendly as was he knowledgeable.

At the close of our discussion, I learned inadvertently, that he was the owner. I found it impressive that the owner - during the holiday rush season - would take time to speak with me and help me build my purchase. How can you beat that - seriously? He told me that I could reach him directly if I ever had any problems with the purchase. Finally, and this may not mean as much to some as it will to others, but I could tell he was a God-centered indidivual. Very, very impressive.

What did I buy? The Sager NP5720 SUPRA - rigged for gaming (nVidia GeForce Go 7800 GTX, 2MX Centrino, 60 GB SATA HD at 7200 RPM). The price - a bargain at $2,198 and the guarantee of top-notch service if anything goes wrong.
