"PowerNotebooks.com has an excellent customer service, by explaining you anything you want about the product you are about to purchase, plus giving you on their website explanation to many key features that not everybody knows for making choices between different components of the computer, in my case.
They also provide you help, anytime you want, and in my case, they helped me figure out some problem regarding the drive on the computer, with a very clear and straighforward expleantion to solve the problem fast and easely.

I was referred to their site by alienware after my old alienware notebook fried a video module, and they couldn't sell me a new one. powernotebooks didn't carry the part i needed, of course, because it turns out alienware (via uniwill) didn't make spares for them. but powernotebooks were very helpful over the phone, so much so that when it was clear the old system was unsalvageable, i bought their powerpro a 2:21. i am so glad i did! the performance on this machine blows the old one away - i can run half-life 2 at 1680x1050 with all options on at nice, smooth framerates! it gets great battery life, even while gaming. screen is crisp and bright, no dead pixels, doesn't run hot, extremely quiet, and has enough muscle for video editing and the other stuff i do. never underestimate a pentium m, i guess. one major perk - i've been picking up wireless network signals from up to about 300 feet away! even when just driving by the college their network shows up.
so, all in all, the only thing better than their hardware is the people. give them a call!

I ordered a sager np9880 which is a rebadged clevo d900t. After trying to order one from another reseller and trying to call them all day to fix my order, i decided to look elsewhere and ran across powernotebooks.com
placed order via website, got a reciept of order email instantly, then not 5 minutes later, i got a confirmation of order email! now thats service. I had also made a mistake in entering my home phone number, so i called up and kathy fixed it and also told me step by step what was going to happen with the rest of my order. i buy all my computer products online from many vendors and i dont think ive ever received customer service this good from any of them. quite refreshing compared to the other store i was at and the price was better to boot! Came in real quick and works like a charm! :D"

"A PowerNotebooks.com representative thoroughly answered all my questions via email as I was considering purchasing a PowerPro C 2:20 ULTRA, as well as after they received and shipped the order. It arrived at the time they said it would, in perfect condition, and is functioning perfectly.

I really appreciate that their *2-year* parts-and-labor warranty with shipping paid quick turn-around is included in the price, that their phone tech support is for as long as the original purchaser owns the computer, and that the tech support is *US based*!!

After considering the benefits of all the warranty features, and that they offered free shipping (at the time), plus a 2.5% discount for paying by cash, and included a carrying case, the price was comparable (in my opinion) to any of the big-name notebook companies without the proprietary features that are inherit with them.
