"Powernotesbooks.com was the first place that I Purchased the first laptop in my life. After months of researching, all I was want is a laptop that runs smoothly without freezing, crashing, or have a lot of errors. Our old HP computer (desktop) runs not very good now because it was purchased in 2001. I needed a new computer in order to be able to have access to computer for Rochester Institute of Technology. (A college that I, Reyes, will be going). I had researched and communicate with some of my friends. I thought DELL would be the computer that I want to purchase. I had decided to work to reach the goal to purchase the new powerpro M 5:14 SUPRA (my new laptop). I had asked Donald Stratton questions to make sure that I know what I need for my laptop. Donald Stratton was so WONDERFUL in responding emails in few hours later, which was so fast! (Amazing). After purchasing the new laptop, Donald had informed me that the new laptop (PowerPro 5:14 SUPRA) was currently back ordered on the PowerPro M 5:14 that it will not arive until next friday. (It was on Friday) Amazing, I got them a day earlier, which was surprising to me. I didn't check the email on that day because I had a minor headache on this morning that I was in a short nap). BUT!, They had informed me that it was shipped on Thursday morning, that it arrive to my house in many hours later in ONE day. It was a speedy delivery. However, they forgot to add numberic keypad that had shipped it on Friday and arrived to my house on Monday afternoon. All the way the customer serivce was so easy and wondeful. They are fast in responding the emails. The computer is running smoothly very new and BEAUTIFUL! I definely love my baby (Laptop)!

"I must have looked at a dozen companies before ordering my laptop, it was really this reseller rating site that got me interested in powernotebooks.com initally, although I have to admit I was a bit skeptical because these reviews made this place sound too good to be true. But after dealing with them and recieving my laptop ive seen that these reviews are absolutely accurate.

I got a Sager NP5690 FORCE. It was cheaper then getting the same stuff anywhere else I could find, and alot of the other pc places have questionable customer service which made me shy away from them, but not this place. Everyone I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to reply to emails.

I even ordered a floppy drive with my notebook not realizing they include one standard (which other places that sell the same notebook don't btw), and I got a call from Joel shortly after my order went through to ask me if I wanted that drive because it comes with the pc already. I don't think many places would personally review your order and call you to subtract unnesesary items to save you $$$. Imagine dell doing that? ha! They even just sent me a followup email to make sure I got my pc and I'm happy and all.
