"This is Joe and I ordered the notebooks of notebooks a month ago and despite the few problems that I had, I am very glad that I have this monster of a laptop in my hands. I ordered the Sager NP8790 Supra, 17" widescreen, 3.2 GHZ, 60 GB 7200 rpm, DVD-/+ RW, 1024 mb RAM (pc3200 ddr400)...etc. If you want the best, this would be it. Anyways, powernotebooks represenative Ron Baird was a huge help in the entire process. My problems were that the notebook had a video cable problem where the screen would get distorted. Since I live right by the Sager Office, I dropped off the comp, and they fixed it in about 2 days. Everything was fine after that. The tech support of powernotebooks during my issue with my wireless network internal card, however, was not as smooth as the sales and customer service department. I had a rather simple issue about how it wasn't detecting my router (this was solved by my friend and he just made sure all the windows settings matched the router settings and then it worked). The guy I talked to (don't remember his name at the moment, but he had a texan accent) had no idea about it, he basically told me to look throught the manual and he admitted he had little experience with network cards. Other than than, my experience was a very satisfactory one. If you want to get the best from the best, get your next notebook from powernotebooks.com and you won't be disappointed, but if you buy the one I bought, you have to make sure you're gonna make good use of it, if you're not a hardcore gamer or an Video/Audio Editing guru, then this might not be for you. Also, even though there was a back order on the product I was ordering and there was a substantial delay in me receiving it, they were completely honest about it and the website was quickly updated showing the back order and delay. Ron kept me udpated every day on when it will ship and I was promised a certain date I would receive it and they delievered on that promise. This is why the delay was a minor issue instead of a major one. Overall, I love these guys and I love the notebook I bought from them. I'll probably be buying from these guys again."
