In addition, I was contacted by phone to review my order to ensure that the specifications I ordered were correct and to verify my credit card information. This customer service really went above-and-beyond any other company I dealt with before.
When the machine arrived and I tested it out, I determined that the floppy drive was defective. A simple phone call and a new drive was shipped to me the same day and then I shipped back the defective drive.
