"Excellent serive and support. They were very knowledgable about the systems and even after I got my PowerPro C 3:16 the people there were very helpful in getting drivers installed and fined tuned. Everything on this notebook works as advertised and if I had to make any complaint it would be that since I chose the long range 54g wireless card rather than the Intel wireless card, the indicator light on the front of the notebook stays on all the time. Considering all this thing does, and does well, that is very minor problem!"

"What a pleasure! I ordered my laptop on-line and received it one week later. It was followed up on their part with several e-mails until I received it. Try getting such personal service with one of the "name brand" companies. Their laptops are really made elsewhere.

I have purchased laptops from two other "name brand" manufacturers with not near the the level of customer service. In fact, my last experience with "You gotta get a "" Dude." was just horrific.

I've also had an opportunity to use the tech support at PowerNotebooks, and they were actually very knowledgable--unlike my previous experiences. I didn't have to hang on the phone for hours, and they even offer 24 hour phone service. If they can't get to you immediately, you leave your phone number and they call you right back.

I purchased a PowerPro C 3:16, which is a 1.7Ghz Centrino and had 1 gig of DDR 2700 memory, 400mghz FSB and a 60gb 7200 rpm HD. It is manufactured by Quanta, the largest and best laptop manufacturer in the world. I know there are other Centrino's with similar specs, but the quality construction of this computer is unlike any other I've seen. The outer casing is a magnesium alloy -- not plastic. I mention the quality of this computer because I personally know of no where else you can get it but through PowerNotebooks. There may be other places you can find it, but why would you go anywhere else. IMHO PowerNotebooks.com is simply the best.

"I am a computer repair tech as well as a serious gamer. I am currently deployed to Iraq with the US ARMY and my products all arrived here in a very fast timeframe and in excellent condition! Joel and Donald at powernotebooks are excellent at providing top quality customer service and they are very honest. As for the products, the Sager NP5680 is incredible on all levels of performance and I would recommend it to anyone! The Mobility Radeon 9600 pro (M10p using OmegaDrivers) is the fastest notebook graphics card available and I have already beaten: Call Of Duty, Max Payne 2, Halo, and Operation Flashpoint all at max detail and I have only had the system for about 6 weeks. Yeah, I know, your tax dollars at work, but life here is not too impressive and we caught Saddam somewhere along the way, too. :) The 7200 rpm harddrive, 802.11g wifi, and the UXGA screen are all of the highest quality, so I must say that Sager's products come highly recommended by this hardware enthusiast. I have owned a Sony and four Compaq notebooks before this and though the Sony was good quality, Sager is in a class by itself. As long as Sager makes machines of this caliber, they will never have to worry about me buying a notebook from anyone else, period. I have not been able to upgrade my desktops recently for obvious reasons and this notebook is so fast it makes them look old and obsolete even though they were cream of the crop back in February (except the video cards). It's actually a bit embarassing to admit, being a professional tech myself, but such is life. Keep up the good work Power Notebooks and props to Sager/Clevo for an awesome machine!"
