"I have had the computer for about 1 month now. It has been a very nice computer, bit hot and heavy but that was expected. It performs great and hasn't given me a lick of trouble.

Ordering it couldn't have been easier. Joel talked to me about what I wanted to do and then we talked about options. He even steered me away from the machine I had initially settled on due to its lack of addons. I really appreciated that, as it probably saved me a lot of headaches down the road.

My only complaint is the time to ship. We order lots of computer hardware and build our own desktop systems for our company. Normally same day shipping or within a very few days is acceptable. However, they wanted 2 business weeks. before shipping it, meaning it wouldn't arrive for 3 weeks. That said, they did expedite it for me, and got it to me in a little over a week to my door.
