Donald Stratton and only a few other employees besides himself provide better service and instant assistance than the massive conglomerate OEMs and large resellers. If you call these boys (or girls) your guaranteed to never hear annoying elevetor music and an unintelligent foreigner speaking very little english who knows next to nothing about the machine in question or let alone how to fix it. The shipping was on spot (for an alienware) and it has the quality control that Dell always seems to lack. Your assured to never get a dud at your door when you order from them. Donald was such a pleasure to speak to that I actually lost track of time on idle rapport more than the topic on the actual computer. I made an error with what limited ans self taught IT experience I had on the site and he called me to inform that there was a better configuration that would provide me the desired effect. The overall quality of the components is top-notch, with 2 small issues (not true complaints).
1) the plastic body is basic. it's no magnesium indestructible fashion notebook like the new macbooks and HP envys. it looks almost outdated from the outside. but.. absolutely everything else is superior. Meaning, this laptop is not a theft target, but contains higher quality hardware than others in its price range. I trust it.
2) I noticed some rattling from the right speaker on 2 separate occasions.
