Better yet, they knew how to work with a non-computer savvy person such as myself, who knew nothing about cards, drivers, etc. Everyone was awesome, from Ms. Charlotte and Ms. Rita who answered the phone to Mr. Donald Stratton the sales rep.

Mr. Donald listened as I read off what the computer must have and immediately he knew what I was looking for. Mr. Donald spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me and I can not thank him enough for his time and patience. We ordered the computer and it arrived the date he promised it would.

Their quick responses to my emails, their courteousness, and customer service are second to none.

My request was handled by Donald Stratton from the beginning to the end. The email contact was very good, especially taking into account almost 10h time difference, I always got my response on the same or the following day.
