"I have just received my ASUS G74 Laptop from PowerNoteBooks.com 3 days ago from US to Singapore!

Initially, I had my payment wired over and had a week delay due to my own carelessness in keying the wrong bank account number. Then I had to make my own amendments with my bank on the wrong account number. Donald was quick to note that I had keyed in the wrong account number and he was very, VERY patient to have replied every single email I have asked about my payment status.

If I haven't made the carelessness on my part on account number, I would have received the laptop within a week! Nevertheless, I received them within 2 weeks counting in the 1 week of payment delayed on my part. And in TIP TOP Condition. They wrapped the laptop very well in 2 extra boxes and sealed very tightly that i'm very sure no one will be able to meddle with it.

I'm very pleased with my new computer. It's astonishingly fast, the screen is pretty with vibrant colors, the sound is great. I can plug my 5.1 (or 7.1) speakers directly into the audio output jacks on the side, and they sound as good as an X-Fi card in a desktop PC. It's slightly slimmer than the 15' notebooks with a second hard drive option, so it's a little better for travelling. If you need a second hard drive this may not be the model you want. That SATA III drive is very fast, and worth the upgrade price, so RAID wasn't necessary for me. The bigfoot card is fast too, and worth the $60 upgrade. I feel very good about the performance I got for my money.

"OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! I had been looking for a new laptop since my last one overheated for the final time frying the last of two video cards. I put a lot of stress on my laptops due to the nature of my job but I treat them extremely well. I require a laptop that has some very impressive hardware to accomplish all the things I want to do with it (i.e. video editing, multiples of programs running together, video and audio exporting, demanding video games and an on the go theater system). By far the most impressive system for the price, I was able to get everything I needed with the ability to purchase anything I may have wanted as extra during the purchase process. I was contacted by the owner of the company to confirm the options I requested giving my experience an extra personal touch. My order was completed to specification and shipped on the third day after submitting my order (not to mention it was over the course of New Year’s weekend which they apparently worked through to complete orders). Outstanding experience, beginning to end. I received quick and timely responses from the very personal people working at PowerNotebooks which were exemplified by a powerful product without all the fluff that runs the price up another grand or two. I have no criticism and fully expect not to have any in the future for PowerNotebooks.
