At first, I thought buying such a big purchase online without seeing the product was a little scary. I did research about various resellers using this website and numerous forums. "Power Notebooks, where do I start, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. I believe someone else said that this is the kind of service you would have expected in the 50's. The type of service that you get from your closest friend at a store. These guys ROCK! Theyre totally awesome.

I ordered a Sager 5750 and talked to Ron, he had the notebook configured and ready to ship on the day the store recieved my cashier's check, and then my notebook was immediately put in the mail! Talk about trust. I had my notebook in 8 business days! According to the figures on Dell's website I would be waiting another 2-3 weeks before my notebook even shipped!

The notebook is absolutely beautiful by the way!

"These folks are awesome. I say that because when a seller steps right up and deals with a problem without any argument, you have a measure of their quality.

I bought a PowerNoteBook from them last fall and it began having problems that neither them nor I could fix (I've built computers for decades). As we troubleshot the problem they paid shipping both ways each time. Finally they replaced my laptop with a new machine (working fine with none of the old problems) and refunded the difference since it was cheaper than the first.
