"Product was unlike others listed on other stores and websites so I could not find instructions. Apparently Puget is the first to take this product to the market. Did not include instructions on how to install on AMD sockets, so it was a bit tricky to figure out; after that, it was an easy installation! Did not include fan so have at least one available; item description states this clearly. Has been on for about 3 weeks and it does not leak at all, as the other ECO A.L.C. products describe. Added two 120mm fans in push-pull configuration, and it keeps my AMD x6 @ 40°C @3.7 - 4.0GHz, which is pretty good. Shipping was really fast, price was awesome! Included brackets for Intel as well.

So far it performs as I expected but, again, with two fans in push-pull configuration. I also have a Lanboy Air with about 9 fans right now so I do not know how it will perform in closed cases.

Overall good product. Puget customer service is prompt and effective! If you are looking for cheap but reliable water cooling, you must purchase this item!

"I was looking for a small, hard-to-find part using Google and ended up on Puget Custom Computers web site. I bought the part - it was a "nothing" purchase in light of their main line of business. Despite that I got quick, efficient handling/shipping of the order (which you would expect) BUT it was also apparent that they made the effort to follow up on the order and find out whether I was satisfied. I don't know how much of this was "automated" (handled mainly by their system) or initiated by people, but I don't think it matters unless you are into feelings, because you get what you need to know about your order and you can get in touch with a person if you need to.

Although I was not in the market for a custom computer, I was impressed enough by their web site to spend time digging around . It was appealing, informative and interesting - I'm sure some of it was the Ferrari Effect, just looking at neat systems and thinking I'd like one - but mostly I am tired of stumbling through dysfunctional web sites when trying to find info on a product, so it was nice to see someone do it well.

In short I think these guys have the web commerce thing down pat - wish I could say something about their main product, but I can say that they serve their customers well."

"I have nothing but the best to say about Puget Custom Computers. Their level of service and attention to detail is second-to-none. I've had my Puget notebook for a couple weeks now. It is awesome!

From the beginning of my relationship with Puget, I have been extremely pleased. Without any purchase deadline, I spent months researching and comparing notebook computers. The Puget sales representative, Wilson, was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. Every time I sent another email, Wilson responded within a day, even when he was out of the office. Additionally, Wilson helped me figure out what machine I was looking for.

Though Puget's notebooks were slightly more expensive than some competitors, I decided to purchase a Puget based on their reputation for service and quality machines and my experience with the sales associate. It was a great decision.

I got my first taste of Puget's exemplary attention-to-detail when I received my notebook. The packaging was amazing. They even included a free notebook carrying case. The system was set up perfectly so that when I powered on the experience was great. Everything worked, all drivers were configured correctly, and no bloat-ware was included.

Puget's support is incredible. The second day, I thought there was a problem with the bluetooth controller. After a few searches, I decided to try Puget support. I received a reply within 10 minutes. This was nothing like my previous experience with other companies (HP). The representative told me to try hitting Fucntion-F11. So I turned on lights and thought," duh, there's a clearly labeled on/off buton". Other than showing my noobness, I hope this example illustrates that a human being read my request, considered my machine and the problem, and responded with a clear, competent solution. This was no outsourced individual coppy/pasting my request into a search box and sending me the top three links. Finally!

The machine is polished and built with excellence. I am very impressed with the Puget team members I have worked with. I feel confident that I made the right decision in purchasing a Puget notebook.

"I was not an easy customer.

The biggest thing I guess was the length of time that I shopped, configured, compared and researched, probably in excess of a year. I knew I had a large time horizon however, and I did my best to put it to use by configuring the best system I could for my purposes. Every now and then, if a configuration seemed especially suitable, I would save it for future reference. Without fail, when I did so, I would receive a timely email from William George touching base and offering friendly advice and helpful suggestions. As often as not, he pointed out configuration ideas for me to consider that would save a few dollars.

Finally I was ready to make my purchase, and the ordering process was easy and painless... practice made perfect I guess. However days into the build, over a long holiday weekend, I discovered that even after all of my diligence, I needed to add a component to my order to achieve the system performance that I desired. MAN I hated to send that email requesting the change, but my request was handled with complete courtesy and professionalism, and minimal delay. I really appreciated the level of customer care that I experienced.

I've had my system for a couple of weeks now and it runs flawlessly. I could not be more pleased with my decision to purchase from Puget Systems and I expect to shop there first whenever I am considering another desktop computer purchase. They say you get what you pay for, but in this case I feel the product and service I received has actually exceeded in value the price that I paid. I highly recommend doing business with Puget Systems."

"To encounter a company that takes quality and customer service as imperatives is rare in the fierce competition of the PC arena – Puget Systems does. The Serenity model delivered: silent and swift. Other observations on this Serenity that is used primarily for financial analysis with Excel:
- There was no effort to sell me hardware I did not need
- The prices are fair
- My questions about the final system were answered by Jeff who was knowledgeable, patient and courteous
- The system was built and tested over a holiday, shipped on a Monday, reflecting a serious work ethic
- The shipping package is by far the most carefully thought out I have seen
- The computer arrived intact after a flight from the West Coast to the Gulf Coast
- Quality parts and meticulous cabling were a welcome sight
- The software was installed and updated with current patches and drivers
- A Rescue Disk was included with the all parts and extensive documentation
The list goes on. This was not a minimum configuration, a sizzling i7, 16 G of memory, a SSD primary drive, a 2 T secondary internal disk, and a potent graphics card. I have yet to hear a fan crank up. The Serenity is not just quiet, it is silent. An ideal office machine.
There may be other companies that can match Puget Systems quality and service but I haven’t found them.

I don't have time for a full review right now, and I have only had the machine for a week or so, but I can tell you this: If in doubt about this company or the value of their service (worth much more than just the machines), then scan through these other reviews here.

If all PC's were built with this level of attention to detail and craftsmanship, snooty Mac users would not have a leg to stand on. In fact, if all businesses in the U.S. were as conscientious and thorough as Puget Systems, there would be no financial crisis to discuss.
