"It was a super easy process. I started my custom computer, then had some questions. They were super easy to get a hold of and talk with about my order. The orders came in a timely fashion, and were solid machines. In the un-boxing experience everything was clearly labeled. The whole process was super user-friendly, felt like they thought of everything. First time as a Puget Systems' customer, and we're happy with the whole experience. Definitely recommend!"
"Would definitely order again."
"Just an awesome machine and company. I’ve built several of my own towers and it was really nice to have someone make one that is not only really fast but also just works for what I’m doing. Great company overall. "
"great service and great products"
"Placing the order was extremely easy. Being able to go on the site and track the progress of the build was great. Actually being able to see pictures of the completed system before it was shipped was awesome! I cannot recommend them enough!"
"Excellent customer service. Very fast to get a hold of and answer questions. We discussed not only my software but my workflows within my software to build the best possible machine within my budget. Every step of the process was clearly organized right up to the arrival of my machine. So far I am very happy with the result!"
"I am totally glad I went with PS. Rendering that required overnight on a fully loaded Surface Pro 6 were completed in < 1 hr on this work station.
I loved the track progress during the purchase and build process.
Delivery was amazing and everything worked out of the box.
I smile whenever I am sitting in front of this system
Thank you!"
"I waited 8 years after my original purchase to make sure my system and Puget had enough soak time for a honest review. Original purchase was 2011 – Major upgrades included 1TB SSD main drive, RAID 1 (BIOS) 4TB data drive, and Win 10 Pro 64bit from Win 7 Pro OS upgrade. All other components/hardware original i7 2700K 3.5GHz, 4x Kingston DDR3-1333 4GB, EVGA GeForce GTX 580 1536MB, Asus P8P67 Pro REV 3.0, Asus 12x Blu-ray Player SATA (black), Atech PRO-35U USB 2.0 Internal/External Card Reader, Puget Hydro CL3 Liquid Cooling System, Antec CP-1000 1000W Power Supply, and the greatest PC case ever built by man the Antec P183 V3 (Gunmetal Finish, Window)
Stopped using system for mainstream gaming after Diablo 3 – continue to use system to play STALKER (and all related mods) – Switched to an X-Box for gaming - The PC is now used for general purposes – emphasis on photo editing, document storage, microsoft office products, and general operation –
The PC is my primary system – used every day – average 6hrs a weekday – 10+ weekends. Initial years the system use was much higher as it was main gaming system along with general use.
Failures:
Water Cooling Fan March 2018 – easily replaced, but failure was unnoticed during normal operation the PC shut down mid-use with DOS screen thermal warning BIOS message and accompanying beeping. No apparent permanent damage to processor. Swapped with spare fan and system restart in ~ 45min
Highlights:
The Win 10 Pro upgrade was seamless. Initially concerned about vitality of component drivers in order to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, but performed meticulous hardware /component driver/firmware upgrades and installation had no issues. BIOS remained original version. One software program that was added to original system needed update to newer version. All other software and hardware continues to operate normally.
Clone of original Intel 320 120GB SATA II 2.5inch SSD to upgraded Samsung 860 Pro 512GB was flawless. One word of caution – after cloning to new SSD – you need to delete the previous C: drive and map to new SSD if you want to utilize the Windows System Restore feature.
Build quality continues to hold with no issues. All cables and connectors remain in same condition as new. All rubber grommets, case feet, and sound sealant remain as new. Win 7 Pro OS remained rock solid – Accidental power losses (pre-UPS installation) or game installation failures/issues – every crash or BSOD system came back with no issues and no data loss. There have been no unusual crashes or BSOD.
Simply has been a rock solid machine. Even with all my mucking around with case cleaning, video card removals to clean, fan/MOBO cleaning removal of data drives for safe storage then reinsertion and general PC let me see what I can screw with next tinkering and she just keeps rocking on.
Ability to maintain system with original Antec P183 case was awesome. The case belongs in the Smithsonian as one of the top cases in the evolution of the personal PC.
Puget Systems builds outstanding custom PC systems. Their build quality, attention to detail, and customer service are unparalleled in the industry. Over the past 8 years I have spent an accumulation of months of conversations with their technical advisers asking a wide range of questions and they continually provide intelligent and thoughtful answers as well as questions.
Puget truly takes the time to listen to their customers.
I have purchased a total of 5 PC system of varying use cases – from a PC for my 80+ year old father to a robust workstation for a home business. The core systems Puget builds are well worth the investment.
They are honest – as they have walked me back from original build configurations to a configuration that is realistically more in line with actual needs. They do this knowing they are leaving $ on the table. That type of customer care along with what they did in 2005 for Monarch PC customers and their commitment to building excellent system is why I will continue to purchase from them.
Looking forward to arrival of my 5th system this year Dec 2019 – Configured this particular system for long term general use.
Next update will be in 2028

"I just received a Serenity Professional computer. Build quality is outstanding, not a single thing out of place. Performance has exceed my expectations and the noise... this thing is quiet! I barely notice when it is on.
Very please with the whole process as well, from ordering to shipping Puget Systems will keep you updated and sent you pictures of how your system is assembled with performance benchmarks as well, thermal imaging included.
Definitely recommend Puget Systems for anyone looking to get a new computer - you will get a true "personal" experience.

"Absolutely excellent. I have never seen such a well organized process. Once the order was placed the customer is able to track every phase of the Parts Ordering, Assembly and Quality Testing phases of the fabrication. I mean in stunning detail. For example say you are notified that a certain component is being ordered to complete your system: you literally can track the item's shipment and delivery progress to Puget Systems door. You are provided images of your computer system being assembled as well as thermal imaging of the system under test loads. Further you are provided the benchmark testing results from a battery of tests completed on your system prior to shipment. I have never left a review for ANY item I've purchased, but because I was so impressed with the quality of their process I'm taking the time to do so now. Honestly, it got me thinking of how a their processes, implemented in completely unrelated companies, would massively improve their reputation and growth. "
"Puget Systems put together a high-quality system for me, that is more than powerful enough to play games on a widescreen monitor, and is truly whisper quiet. Even under 100% load for many minutes using a stress-testing benchmark (Superposition 1.1), it barely gets loud enough to hear from my chair. This was definitely worth the money."
"I bought a fairly expensive computer system from Puget about 6 years ago.
Today i had a problem so i called Puget Systems and Terrell got on the line with me and took the time to figure it all out.
Up and running again!
These guys are the best"
"I have received a custom computer order. The computer is packed in place and my computer is not damaged at all. I am very happy.
Looking at the computer itself, the appearance is very generous and looks very beautiful!
Computer construction is very successful. I am very grateful to the engineers, the work they have done for me is so thoughtful and meticulous, I am proud of their genius.
The computer's recovery USB flash drive and Windows pro CD gave me great security and reliability, which left a very deep impression on me, which is much better than Dell's computers.
The computer is running very quiet and steady. I have been using it for two months and I have not found any defects. I can describe it with "perfect". I plan to order more Puget computers to replace several Dell's and HP's computers and I would like to recommend it to my neighbors, relatives, friends, and colleagues. It's really great! Americans should use this great American product! Native American products are really great and reliable!

"I recently bought my second video editing workstation from Puget Systems. They are friendly and knowledgeable and do great work. I highly recommend them."
"The guys at Puget spent at least a couple of hours total on the phone with me dialing in my system and suggesting tweaks and upgrades that I had no idea even to ask for. They knew exactly how to get the best out of my computer for the software that I use and after getting it, it absolutely does what it was billed to do. I am a freelance motion designer, so I was very cautious about spending this kind of money on anything and for such an important purchase I wanted to get it right. In my mind there was really no margin for error. The guys at Puget went so far as to teak and overhaul my system 3 different times through the process with patience, understanding, and frankly sanity that I was clearly lacking! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to make that once in a lifetime purchase. You'll not go wrong with Puget!"
