"I cannot tell you how great it is to be able to customize a computer to the specs you know that you want, without extra fluff or bloat of a large name brand. Puget is truely a boutique solution, but priced more competitive than those big guys. The same system would have easily run our company a few hundred (or thousands) more with one of those other companies.
They took my budget very seriously and didn't go above it one penny!
Sure, I could have built this system myself and saved some cash...but I don't have a 3D printer to print custom support brackets, so if I had the forethought to. IF I built this system, I'd then be the one to support it. I already wear too many hats, and tech support is not something I desire to do beyond simple trouble shooting.
I could ramble on, but it's likely nobody will read much of this, so if you made it this far I will leave you with this; GET YOURSELF A PUGET SYSTEMS COMPUTER! It's likely the best machine you will every own, and looks better than anything you can get off the shelf. These guys will take care of you better than your brother-in-law, and know exactly what is and is not needed for your current workload and beyond.

"This is my 3rd build in 10 +/- years. My 2014 build was still running like a champ and I had zero issues with it (because they're built to last), but it was damaged in a home smoke fire and thus deemed non-salvageable by my insurance company.
So, I went back to Puget for a new build (2019) and configured a new i9, which I'm using to type this review. I've been running it less than a week, but I KNOW that it will meet and exceed my expectations and deliver as promised, because that's how Puget rolls, per my extensive history with the build quality and level of customer support by Puget. Computer is well-packaged upon delivery.
Even with my 5 year old smoke damaged computer, they wanted me to ship it back to diagnose/fix, but I declined since my insurance was replacing it.

"Bought my computer from Puget Systems 7yrs ago. It has been nothing but a solid computer, not a single issue. I needed to get a wireless adapter(I know I'm an old RJ45 guy). So I figured I'd email Puget for some suggestions. Within a 1/2 an hour I received a response from Ben(tech). He recommended using a USB wireless adapter, but he also offered to send me one, mind you this is after 7 years. Plus he offered to help me with any installation problems. Cost to me "zero"! As far as I'm concerned this is going above and beyond in supporting the customer. Try getting this out of Dell, HP, of Apple. Not going to happen. When I'm ready for my new system, I will be using Puget again. They have a great team and I appreciate that more than anything."
"While the build did take longer than I wished (about 1 week), I had no issue with it due to their outstanding overall service. The status updates were informative and personal. It was great to see my system progress throughout the different stages; to include benchmark testing stats, thermal imaging, BIOS images, and several product pictures. The system info manual is great, too. Includes all of the previously mentioned pictures/stats, as well as pictures/steps to unpack the system, and all necessary information for operating it. Extremely personalized and professional.
One thing that stood out was their flexibility and assistance during the build. I originally ordered too many M.2 SSDs for my mobo and I was called immediately by their sales rep, Geno. He walked me through potential options, providing his informed recommendations, but not pressuring me to go one way or the other. He also helped me later on in the build when I realized I wanted to add an SD card reader; he processed that addition swiftly.
All in all, I received OUTSTANDING service from an extraordinary/professional team. The whole process they remained transparent; I've never had such an informative and personalized purchasing experience. I felt like I had a voice in how my build went and I was certainly in great hands. Thank you Puget Systems, I look forward to the beast y'all built for me!
