This is my 2nd computer purchase from Puget Systems. Recent purchase is a "Spirit" Desktop modified for additional noise suppression. Recommendations from Puget's William George were implemented and were dead-on; noise is not even detectable and yet the cooling appears quite good!

Hardware appears to be very well built. Assembly technique is solid. I have experience as both a technician and engineer. I do believe that Puget's staff is doing an excellent job to keep an up-to-date eye on supplier's equipment reliability and performance.

The printed manual is as I like it. It is specific to my computer in that it doesn't talk generalities; it covers only my specific machine so I don't have to sort through several equipment models. The manual comes in a nice hardbound robust personal notebook. Rigorous Test data are given. Contact information on Puget's component suppliers is listed . The build process is recorded through each step and it is available on-line as it is assembled. CDs containing the Operating System, Tools for troubleshooting, and other supporting hardware are included.

Customer interface with all of the staff that I have had were very helpful and accommodating. Operating performance of equipment is excellent. Puget appears to be a first class operation.
