"I purchased a tank alarm online and the item was listed as "Available to order - usually ships within 3-5 days" After a week with no shipping confirmation I called to check. Spoke with someone who said he would check and call me back. Another day and another call to someone else who said he would check and email me. Another day and another call to finally be told it wouldn't ship for another 6 weeks. That's over 7 weeks from the time of ordering. Also my Credit card was charged the day I ordered it not when it ships as I'm used to with online ordering. Very poor customer service and experience. Wouldn't recommend ordering from them. "
