"Order a motor and control box on March 23rd. Haven't received as of April 15th, but I did receive 3 emails to rate their product and service.
Emailed them about this, they responded to my email saying they would get back to me on a delivery date. that was 10 days ago.
called them on April 8th, again they said they would get back to me. Nothing yet. Called them twice today April 17, Phone recording says to call them on their business hours.
I called 930am and 12 noon eastern time.
They took my payment for product that was never delivered.

"Website stated product "Usually Ships 7-10 Days". I ordered hoping to see the pump within a couple of weeks. Was told via email that the estimated ship date was March 14th and my credit card was promptly charged. I sent an email on March 17th asking about the shipping status of the pump because it still hadn't been received. The response was that the new ship date is expected to be May 6th. What?!?!?!?! The original ship date of March 14th must have come from the Magic 8 ball the customer service agent keeps on their desk....."
